We had the opportunity to have a tasting menu and I assure you that it was worth it. All fresh and freshly cooked by her. We will definitely be back. 25/01/2025: Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Xin Tong Chinese restaurant in Collegno, and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience! 😍 To start, I had a crispy and delicious spring roll 🥟. The steamed prawn and meat dumplings were simply perfect, with a succulent filling that melted in your mouth. The baozi 🥯 was also soft and tasty, while the rice dumplings with mushrooms and bamboo were an explosion of flavors 🍄🎍. The highlight was the spicy noodles 🔥🍜, which ignited my taste buds in a fantastic way, followed by a plate of grilled potatoes and prawns 🦐🥔 which I can say without hesitation is the best I have ever tasted! The restaurant environment is welcoming, with a slightly retro decor that adds a touch of vintage charm 🕰️. But what struck me most was the kindness of the staff and the sublime quality of the food 🍽️. Furthermore, the price we paid is really low, considering the high quality of the food and service received 💰👌. I highly recommend a visit to Xin Tong to any Chinese food lover! 🌠

22/12/2023: I've already been there a couple of times, but I always forgot to take photos.... The Thai Pad is missing, which I liked a lot when presented with those 4 prawns on top, all the ingredients are really very fresh and good, you can perceive an attentive and quality cuisine With places like Sanuk, going to fake Japanese no longer makes sense...why gorge on low quality when by spending the right amount you can eat while really feeling the flavors and not risking hepatitis C.... not full rating for the wait...almost 45min for the main course is a bit too long.....the room was full...understandable but....by working a little better at the proposed stage the waiter could have advised for example... by the way...well done!

21/03/2025: I ate here after the exhibition in Bologna, Italy. The food was so delicious, I ate 5 pieces of shrimp fried rice, pad thai, spring rolls, stir-fried pork, and shrimp garlic! (Recommended for 3 Koreans. If there are 4 or more people, I recommend ordering at least 6 dishes. The portion size was smaller than I expected.) I ate this and it was so good that I felt like my Korean fatigue was relieved. We recommend you make a reservation through Google, and there is a parking lot in front, so you can come comfortably. However, it took an hour to receive the food, so I was a little upset. It was too long for a Korean to wait... but the food was delicious... Don't wait too long, just ask the staff when it will be served and it will come out quickly ㅜㅜㅜ

Valentino, molto caro rispetto al cibo offerto, ambiente non all’altezza delle pretese e con cadute di stile nell’arredamento, sciatto il menu con QR code adesivo appiccicato alla menopeggio sugli stipiti delle finestre e rose appassite ai tavoli. I pochi piatti ordinati sono stati serviti in 2 ore e mezza, fuggiti per la disperazione senza ordinare dolce e caffè. Mai più.

24/03/2025: The worst sushi restaurant I have been to (it’s the 3rd time in 2 months I went there). The food is disgusting because of the lowest quality ingredients. I tried Philadelphia Uramaki (rice was sour, tasteless fish, overripe sour avocado), Ramen Soup (smelled bad, especially the beef and was like an instant noodle dish), both disgusting!

12/02/2025: Non ci siamo, ristorante che negli ultimi anni ha avuto un deciso tracollo, peggiorando vistosamente sotto ogni aspetto. La qualità del pesce non è eccelsa ma si trova in linea con altri ristoranti dello stesso genere. Il problema grande è la fattura del sushi: quantità enormi di riso, che rovina la pietanza visto che risulta colloso e con poco sapore. Il personale è un po’ lento e sconnesso, a noi è capitato di chiedere più volte una salsa prima che ci venisse portata; come d’altronde anche la cucina visto che abbiamo atteso un bel po’ prima di iniziare a mangiare (ce ne stavamo andando). Spezziamo una lancia però a favore della capacità di problem-solving visto che ci hanno prontamente servito una stufetta elettrica in quanto nel ristorante si percepiva una temperatura artica. Come ciliegina sulla torta, per rovinare ulteriormente l’esperienza, abbiamo avuto la sfortuna che poco dopo di noi entrasse una gran tavolata di ragazzini maleducati, urlanti e cafoni che hanno disturbato per tutta la durata del pranzo noi e gli altri clienti con le loro urla, bestemmie e lanci di cibo. Da cliente mi sarei aspettato che qualcuno del personale li riportasse all’ordine oppure che direttamente li invitasse ad uscire. Non puoi permettere che un tavolo di ragazzini ignoranti rovini l’esperienza a tutto il resto della clientela. Non torneremo!
