15/07/2025: I recently visited your restaurant for what was meant to be a special anniversary dinner with my girlfriend, and I can honestly say it was the worst dining experience I’ve had in over a decade. The moment we walked in, the place reeked of urine. On top of that, the server had an overwhelming body odor, which made the atmosphere nearly unbearable. Unfortunately, the food was no better — in fact, it was the most inedible meal I have ever been served. To make matters worse, the experience was so unpleasant that it contributed to my girlfriend leaving me on the spot. What should have been a memorable evening turned into a complete disaster. This level of neglect and disrespect for your customers is unacceptable. I hope you take this seriously and take immediate action to improve the hygiene, service, and food quality.

15/07/2025: I was hungry and by chance I entered this traditional Chinese restaurant that really inspired me, I must say that I was very impressed, I ordered many dishes both Western and Eastern and both conquered my palate. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere, very friendly owners and very good food, if you are passing through I recommend it, excellent prices! Thank you 😍😋🥢

18/07/2025: The Polo & Pan concert, scheduled for 10:30 PM, never started, not even at 12:30 AM. There was no communication from the organizers, and most of the staff didn't know what was going on. Some even pretended not to understand Italian (the only foreign language I speak), with one person pretending to be American to avoid communication. The most unpleasant thing was the attitude of a security guard who, when I asked for information at the reception desk while keeping more than a meter away, began gesticulating rudely to push me away, making me feel discriminated against. A very negative experience, chaotic organization, and a total lack of respect for the audience. I hope there will be more professionalism in the future.

18/07/2025: The Chinese lady is very rude. When I asked her to order a second time for the person I was with, who only eats raw food, she rudely replied that we had to eat everything first, while I was calmly eating, fully aware of their very respectable rules. Not only will I never set foot in there again (I've been there often, and such treatment was indecent), but I will tell everyone about this experience. Politeness and courtesy come first.

26/06/2025: The owner is very rude and cheap.. don't go there anymore.. he lost a customer just to use 5 minutes of battery to charge the dead phone after I had taken a full kebab menu. There is no limit to the worst.

17/04/2025: Clean place, I've been with company more than once, both for lunch and dinner and also tried takeaway service. Kind and polite staff, good food and a beautiful place, comfortable and spacious chairs, fun to see the sushi conveyor belt going around all the tables and everyone helping themselves with the dishes they like best. All you can it formula for both lunch and dinner. Clearly it costs more in the evening because there are more dishes, plus the possibility of taking à la carte dishes included in the price of the all you can eat. Excellent quality of fish, beautiful, private place... Lunch with all you can eat formula around 15 euros, while dinner around 25 euros each. They also do a single dish, more than enough for lunch or light dinner... Staff who speak Italian very well so there are no communication problems, located inside the hemisphere shopping center of the Veneto river. Ideal for a meal both alone and in company. End of meal sorbet included in the price. Highly recommended since I always felt really good!!!!!
