21/09/2025: Last night we had dinner at this restaurant. Last night we were very sick with food poisoning symptoms. I will never go back, and I'll add that we were still lucky.

19/07/2025: 点心 鼠 Dim sum Rat thoughts: A very unique Asian fusion restaurant that serves 鼠 Rat's favorite dish in Milan! Along with Giorgio Armani on Via Manzoni, it is worth coming to Milan for. The downstairs room is Milanese chic and very sedate. Standouts: No. 12 Homemade thai style fried noodle (rice noodle with Thai flavors, prawn/shrimp, tofu and vegetables but with spicy Italian pomodoro (tomato,) sauce! A brilliant Italian/Asian fusion dish. Very spicy but you can add chili oil for true fire. The 鼠 Rat eats every day in Milano. Tea is also very good Not so good: Dim sum are so-so, but lack strong Cantonese flavor Service: Downstairs, very attentive for Milan

06/10/2025: The service was fast and friendly; you could tell they pay attention to detail and treat their customers well. Everything seemed clean and well-organized, which instilled confidence right from the start. I appreciated how the flavors were smooth and balanced, without over-seasoning. Furthermore, the price seemed fair for the quality. In short, a place that leaves a great impression and I'll definitely return.

20/08/2025: I have always taken the box from you and I have no intention of trying elsewhere. EXCELLENT quality/price ratio. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I HOPE TO TRY IT DIRECTLY AT THE RESTAURANT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

12/05/2025: Cibo ottimo, manzo tenerissimo e ben marinato, accoglienza cordiale, disponibilità, prezzi adeguati.. Ci torno ogni settimana quando devo fermarmi per il pomeriggio.

20/07/2025: Food was awesome but the lady(waitress/cashier)who served us was little different with bad attitude . She don’t smile at all her face is sad and mad I don’t know what she is feeling .The atmosphere was unsatisfied. I think she need to smile more with her customers and more welcoming.All reviews are talking about the lady who served us with her bad attitude. If I see those review before I wouldn’t come in this restaurant. I think only who have reservations they can sit inside . She didn’t let us to sit inside. They need to improve those attitudes towards their customers.for other customers I will not recommend…

05/10/2025: Not all requests were taken into consideration; it was lunch, not dinner, and one of the service staff stated that the €17.90 lunch price would not change due to the presence of some dinner courses. I paid €25 + water + cover charge. A negative experience, not to be repeated.

28/09/2025: Varied menu, but terrible service. Many of our ordered dishes were missing, almost half, and despite pointing this out several times to various employees, they never arrived. Tables near us also experienced the same problem; we waited in vain, hoping they would arrive.

29/09/2025: It's a good thing I didn't listen to the reviews. We went for lunch on Sunday and the food was all delicious and fresh...the best I've had in Palermo so far. I don't understand the negative reviews...maybe the service could be improved because it's very slow (the place was packed anyway), but the quality of the food more than makes up for it!

03/10/2025: I only wanted a small portion after my meal, but the restaurant refused to serve a kids’ portion even though there is no stated policy against it. It’s a rather surprising (and disappointing) way to run a business.

03/10/2025: Disaster - restaurant wasnt busy and staff complaining and ignoring clients waited very long for the staff to assist and they were all rude and nervous.

20/09/2025: This owner is truly incredible. I ordered soup, and after just two spoonfuls, a fly fell in. The lady came over immediately and said, "What do you want me to do? Actually, I think we should just take it out... it's not that bad." (She didn't even finish the second part of the sentence, probably because she herself was disgusted.) Then she added, "There's no way you can change it. At most, you can order another: when it arrives, the dish is good." I told her that it's not the best thing for a fly to suddenly fall into the soup in a restaurant. She replied, "In a 300-square-meter restaurant, I certainly can't control whether a fly falls in." Finally, she even asked me if I wanted to order the same soup again. If I didn't leave, I would have thrown up. No apology, not even a "sorry." An owner with a truly "open" conscience: if flies fall in the dining room, it's fine, but if there are mice in the kitchen, must it still be acceptable? Truly disgusting.

17/09/2025: Today was my birthday, and we went here to get takeout. The clerk who waited on us was rude and gave us a dirty look, then rushed us while we were trying to decide what to eat, since we're forced to order two portions of spicy fried chicken if we want it because they don't sell one portion. We went home to eat. The rice tasted like that cheap soap, the fish was DRY, the vegetables didn't smell good, and the sauce was one of those spicy ones that leave a nasty taste in your mouth and go up your nose. I highly recommend not going there.

03/10/2025: I've never heard a merchant complain so much about my payment methods (€9 meal voucher, €5 card). It's not my fault if you lose money, but it's definitely stupid to accept certain payment methods and expect people to pay in the way that's most profitable for you. Don't worry, you'll never see my unwanted money again; there are 80,000 kebab shops in Milan.

03/08/2025: They do not speak much English here, but they will make good effort to communicate with you via pointing at the menu. Very relaxed. Great food, good price (9€ for meal, 6€ for only Döner Kebap/Falafel), and great service. The guy working behind the counter only spoke a little English, but he was a super nice teenager who helped us order through pointing. My wife and I enjoyed the food and I was filled sufficiently (I'm a huge guy). Good amount of meat in Kebap and everything is very hot and fresh when you receive it. The second day we went there was a dad and his son who were working there alongside the other guy from the day before. The kid spoke great English and the vibe was laid back and immaculate.

17/08/2025: This place is hella racist we came from Canada and then they just lied to our coloured friends that the entry is only for 25 when we got I being just 23 and they even went on profiling others in queue. The person who looks like a lady in the gate even rolled her eyes when she saw my friend in line . Idk why they are still operating with these kind of behaviour towards people . Not surprised with the review on here on the same matter

17/08/2025: We came all the way from the America to visit Rome am very disappointed with my experience at Sanctuary Pub in Rome. My friends and I went there for a night out, but instead of hospitality, we were subjected to racial profiling. From the moment we walked in, the staff’s behavior toward us was noticeably different compared to how they treated other customers. We were spoken to rudely, singled out, and made to feel unwelcome — simply because of our background. No one should ever be treated this way. What happened was unprofessional, discriminatory, and extremely hurtful.

16/08/2025: All you can eat for €13.90. The owner is very friendly and always tries to entertain her customers. The food is quite good and plentiful. The service is quite fast, and the waitress is friendly. I'll definitely be back!

17/04/2025: Clean place. I've been there with friends and family several times, both for lunch and dinner, and I've also tried takeout. The staff is friendly and polite, the food is good, and the place is beautiful. The chairs are comfortable and spacious. It's fun to watch the sushi conveyor belt go around all the tables, helping each person choose their favorite dish. They offer an all-you-can-eat option for both lunch and dinner. Obviously, it's more expensive in the evening because there are more dishes, and you can also order à la carte dishes included in the all-you-can-eat price. The fish is excellent, and the place is beautiful and private. Lunch with the all-you-can-eat option is about €15, while dinner is about €25 per person. They also do a single dish. More than enough for lunch or a light dinner. The staff speaks very good Italian, so there are no communication issues. It's located inside the Emisfero shopping center in Fiume Veneto. Ideal for a meal, whether alone or with friends. A sorbet is included in the price. Highly recommended as I've always had a great time!!!!!
