07/04/2025: They didn't bring many of the requested dishes even though they were ordered several times. Even though I asked for explanations they said they were being prepared but never arrived. Result, I left paying full price without being able to eat the only things I was tolerant to

11/03/2025: A disaster! My chicken with cashew nuts, I'm still looking for the nuts... it looked like a cat box. And the fried ravioli, I'm still looking for the stuffing... Cantonese rice, there's no fatter! Unfriendly service as possible. Really disappointed. You shouldn't even call Etchebest, it won't be able to do anything at this stage, it should close, you shouldn't continue like this, it's a shame to call it Chinese cuisine. I'm sure the chef isn't Chinese.

20/02/2025: Ordered through Glovo in which I didn't even receive a response from support. The salmon they have in this place is absolutely spoiled and rotten. I hope I am not feeling ill and that you carry out the necessary checks given that you have responsibilities for the consumption of your customers. If this is not of interest to you, there is an organization prepared for these eventualities, the ASL can update you on the risks and dangers of products that are unsuitable for preparation, sale and consumption.

05/02/2025: We went to dinner with a Bangladeshi friend of ours who recommended and let us try typical Bangladeshi dishes... from samosas to beef biriany. I must say everything was very good and fast service. I went back to get a portion of beef bryani to take home. The only negative note was the cold air coming in from outside... I had to eat with my coat on

25/02/2025: Ayce with the conveyor belt with a good assortment of freshly prepared and excellent quality dishes, possibility of ordering dishes from the paper menu, since we discovered it we have been going back often. Even our little dog is welcome and the staff is always very kind. I recommend booking in advance.

20/02/2025: Mario and Chiara have a beautiful restaurant, working at Amazon I find myself eating at their place often. They are very helpful, friendly and kind. In addition to the rotating dishes you can order anything on the menu. Be wary of bad reviews, the staff will be available to explain to you that they are not real reviews.

13/01/2025: I learned a little Chinese a while ago. Although this is a Korean restaurant, I heard it was run by a Chinese person, so I greeted them in Chinese. The counter clerk just told me to speak Korean, which was a little embarrassing, but I thought it was consideration for me because I'm not good at Chinese. However, when I left after eating, I said in Chinese, “All the food here is delicious,” but my pronunciation was not very good, so the staff member said, a little annoyed, “Please speak in Korean.” When I said this, everyone who accompanied me was surprised and embarrassed. I was upset and said, "I wanted to try using Chinese. I also wanted to wish you a happy new year and make a lot of money (Chinese greetings)." Our group was planning to go to this restaurant again, but we changed our minds and didn't go again. The food was delicious, but the irritating female staff member's attitude was unpleasant. And the female employee who said she was Chinese thought she spoke Korean perfectly, but as a Korean, her pronunciation and nuances were awkward for me to hear. The attitude of treating other people’s kindness carelessly was very unpleasant.

19/12/2024: Vado da Hana da anni ormai, un po’ perché prima lavoravo vicino, un po’ perché è sempre stato il ristorante coreano più buono che io conosca a Milano. I piatti sono sempre stati ottimi e il personale molto accogliente, sempre sorridenti. Oggi sono tornato dopo un po’ di mesi che non tornavo, all’ora di pranzo… e devo dire che ho notato un chaos che prima d’ora non c’era. Ero in coda e un gruppo di ragazzi di fronte a me che era in coda per il tavolo è stato trattato in maniera molto maleducata e fatto spostare all angolo perché la porta automatica rimaneva aperta; aveva anche ragione ma la violenza del tono è la maleducazione non hanno scusanti. Io dopo di loro mi affaccio per chiedere se c’era posto per me, ma il proprietario guardandomi in maniera molto infastidita mi dice di uscire fuori, che c’erano già altre persone in coda prima di me. Peccato che non è indicato da nessuna parte e non si capiva quale fosse la coda delle persone che dovevano pagare e quella di chi aspettava il tavolo. Spazientito decido di lasciar perdere e di andare da un altra parte. Il personale in generale è sbattuto a destra e sinistra, col proprietario sempre sul piede di guerra. Mi dispiace che un ristorante che prima reputavo eccellente nell’accoglienza sia diventato una “bettola” a livello di modi, soprattutto da quando negli anni si sono spostati vicino al Duomo e sono iniziati a diventare una macchina da soldi, nulla di più. Esistono ristoranti coreani con altrettanta qualità ma sicuramente con molta più cortesia verso il prossimo.

14/11/2024: Posto carino, ma oltre alla bella atmosfera questo ristorante ha ben poco. Il cibo nulla di eccezionale ma ciò che veramente ci ha lasciati interdetti è stata la maleducazione di quello che probabilmente era il caposala nel momento in cui abbiamo semplicemente segnalato che l’acqua non era stata toccata (da noi). La polemica aizzata in maniera indecente e a tratti aggressiva dal “signore” appena menzionato è stata che l’acqua era stata aperta (da loro) e, di conseguenza, non la potevano più vendere ad altri clienti. La spiegazione data effettivamente sarebbe anche stata giusta e per noi non sarebbe stato di certo un problema pagare una semplice bottiglia d’acqua (un servizio si paga!), ma ciò che è intollerabile sono i modi aggressivi e accusatori usati da questa persona. In un’attività a contatto con il pubblico bisognerebbe sapersi comportare meglio di così. Mi dispiace molto di questa delusione perché le premesse sembravano buone.

17/03/2025: BAD EXPERIENCE, DISCRIMINATION AT ENTRY We went to this place in a group of seven people: three boys and four girls, all dressed in a refined and elegant way. After an hour of queuing, once we arrived in front of the bouncers, we were told without any explanation that "only girls could enter". No motivation, no possibility of discussion, just a discriminatory and unprofessional attitude. Selecting entry based on gender, without any objective criteria, is unacceptable and ruins the customer experience. An evening that should have been pleasant turned into a huge disappointment. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a serious place that respects its customers.

17/03/2025: Wonderful place, one of the most beautiful I have ever been to. It feels like a distant journey, among plants, candles and a wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in a jungle. Awesome music to dance to and delicious cocktails. Recommended!
