31/07/2025: I decided to give it a try because I kept seeing lots of people (mostly young Italians) every night. What a disappointment! I sat outside and after 5 minutes without anyone coming to take my order, I went in to ask if I had to order inside. Without listening --and language was not an issue because I speak Italian-- the waitress gave my table to a couple that had come in after me and told me to sit inside (where it was quite hot). No explanation given. Just told me to sit at a specific table (same table size but inside). The food is a bit strange. If you are used to burgers, best skip this place. My burger came with a brioche bun rather than a burger bun, which didn´t go very well with the blue cheese and the aioli sauce. This is supposed to be their original burger, but I wonder how it can be popular. The meat could have used a bit more time on the grill. Considering it came up to €18 for a burger and a bottle of water, I would say there are much better places in Verona to eat a proper burger and especially --in a city where the locals are so polite -- with much better service.

28/07/2025: We had a classic burger, and I chose the vegetarian option, and I have to say they were both absolutely fantastic. Excellent ingredients, perfectly balanced in the mouth. Then I have to say that the ability to adapt almost all the burgers to vegetarian options alone deserves 5 stars. We had to confirm that the plant-based nuggets were actually vegetarian because they were truly amazing! Reservations are highly recommended; at 7:30 PM there were only a few unreserved tables, and they had to be vacated within an hour. When booking, you can also specify where you'd like to sit.

31/07/2025: We arrived right after Caneva Aquapark closed at 7:15 PM. This was our second visit in the last year. The atmosphere is cozy (obviously, you do need to be a bit of a rock fan), the staff is friendly, and we had a great meal. For a fixed price, you can eat and drink as much as you like at this buffet restaurant, including beer and wine. There's a wide selection of salads, meat, chicken, burgers, tacos, fries, pastries, soft serve ice cream, and more.

30/07/2025: July 2025. Music-themed restaurant. Actually, I'd call it more of a pub than a restaurant, or rather, it reminds me a bit of a Mac. It's located in the immediate vicinity of the Movieland and Caneva World amusement parks. The 60s/70s-style setting is beautiful. Ideal for taking some original photos. The menu is a fixed price (€26 if I'm not mistaken, but if you come from one of the aforementioned parks, by showing your tickets, you can get a €2 reduction per person). It's all-you-can-eat, self-service. There's a wide selection of dishes. Baked pasta, French fries, baked beans, pizza, sandwiches, hot dogs, all kinds of sauces, vegetables, etc. You can also order excellent, well-filled burgers. Drinks and coffee are also included in the price. The selection of desserts is very interesting, including warm pancakes topped with melted hot chocolate. During your meal, you can choose songs from the digital jukebox, without limits. The screens also show videos. The bathrooms are truly unique, all in black and gold marble. Obviously, it's a bit chaotic, not exactly for couples looking to enjoy a romantic dinner, but in its context, it's fine. The food isn't bad, maybe not exceptional, but average. The only downside, in my opinion, is the volume of the music, which is way too loud. It's a bit difficult to converse with other diners. It's still worth a visit, precisely for its uniqueness. 👍 P.S. I forgot. I think reservations are almost essential, if you don't want to risk being left behind. We did it directly at the amusement park ticket offices.

05/08/2025: Dear McDonald's Managers, I am writing to report a deeply disappointing experience at the McDonald's location on Via Preare, Verona. On August 5, 2025, I ordered four burgers that were completely unseasoned, with only half a slice of cucumber on each and no onion at all. These conditions do not meet the expected quality standards or the description of the products offered. In light of what I found, I contacted the manager on duty, who reacted rudely and impolitely, dismissing me with the statement, "That's how we do things here," with no intention of investigating or resolving the situation. I find both the quality of the product served and the behavior of the staff unacceptable, which further exacerbated the poor service. I hereby request formal feedback and expect appropriate corrective measures to be taken, as well as some form of compensation for what occurred. I remain available for further clarification and attach the photos to support my report. Best regards,

25/07/2025: Prima di una serata all’Arena ci siamo concessi un pasto veloce, una Caesar salad consumata all’esterno. Buono il servizio e cortese il personale. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Locale in buona posizione un po’ decentrata bei pressi della bella Porta dei Borsari.

11/07/2025: La location è carina, curata e piacevole. All’arrivo ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto mangiare all’esterno perché “non c’era abbastanza personale per gestire sia interno che esterno”. La distanza tra i due spazi era davvero minima… quindi un po’ di perplessità c’è stata. Il cibo era buono, alcune proposte interessanti anche se la presentazione in certi casi lasciava a desiderare. Il vero disastro è stato il servizio. La cameriera era totalmente impreparata: non conosceva il menù, faticava a capire cosa stavamo ordinando e ogni richiesta diventava una specie di trattativa. Prima ci diceva di sì, poi tornava a dirci che non si poteva più, con un atteggiamento infantile. Una totale mancanza di professionalità che ha rovinato l’esperienza. Peccato, perché il posto avrebbe anche del potenziale, ma con un personale incompetente, è difficile voler tornare.

23/08/2025: An experience NOT to be repeated at all!! We were on the street and, given that it was lunchtime, we decided to stop here, but as soon as we parked, we were attacked by the owner, who claimed the parking lot was hers, forcing us to move our car. When she realized we were going to be her customers, she blatantly made up an excuse that in the event of an accident, the car would be in the way. We entered the restaurant. We read the sign that the POS might not work, so I immediately asked the same lady who attacked us about the parking, and she said it would definitely work. The restaurant is old (coming out of the bathroom, there was a lizard crawling under the cupboard) and dirty (there was a piece of lemon in my glass, upside down). We chose what to eat; the food was vast, but the prices were a bit high. Our lunch arrived, and overall it was good. Then came the sore point... time to pay. We wait our turn, because everyone who paid by card was having problems. When it comes to the bill, we find ourselves paying €40.50 for two entrees and one still water (€4.50) and one can of Coke. A €3 cover charge was paid when the service was absent and, to say the least, rude. My companion holds out the card, and it doesn't work. We're asked for another card, which we don't have, and we specify that we don't have cash... the answer was "nice," so the same lady, still very annoyed, takes us aside, demanding a bank transfer. She twice insinuates that the problem was our card because all the others were working. We wait again, and thanks to another customer, we manage to pay, only to have to make a separate payment. Obviously, she didn't want to issue a receipt. But we demanded it! Never again!!

23/08/2025: DROP BY, DON'T STOP! Terrible experience! From the moment you arrive, the way they handled parking was unpleasant. Terrible service, everything was left to itself. CRAZY prices: water 4.50, cover charge 3 per person. We're not in a fancy restaurant, just a bar/restaurant. The POS payment system doesn't work (sorry for the storm the day before), but reading the other reviews late, it turns out it practically never works! In short, guys, don't stop here.
