06/01/2025: Unfortunately our order arrived incomplete with several items. The restaurant full of people had all the bins to empty the trays full and with a lot of dirt accumulated on them. Lastly, since it was full, we ate with people standing leaning on our chairs waiting for the table to be freed up.

26/12/2024: Despite having about ten free tables available and after waiting outside for half an hour as instructed by the person at the cash register, they did not let us sit. The lack of organization at these levels left me appalled. In other environments, a mistake like this costs one's job.

There are no changes to the recipes, encouraging you to enjoy the sandwich as conceived by the chef. The American style of packaging is original, and the service is courteous. Good value for money, with competitive prices. Convenient location for locals, but for those arriving from outside finding parking can require a bit of effort. Absolutely recommended.

01/11/2024: Prices too high for what they offer, i.e. heated and cold food on the plate, at 23 euros for a second course and 16 for a first course, cover charge 2.5 euros. Dirty chairs, waitress who brings wine without a vase, doesn't remember the tables and gets orders wrong, empty breadstick packaging left in place of the breadsticks that should be on the table, the POS doesn't work

12/11/2024: Sono stata al ristornare lo scorso weekend e non capisco tutte queste recensioni negative... Per il mio compleanno sono andata con la mia famiglia a cenare e ci siamo trovati davvero bene, il cibo era buono, personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo parlato con alcuni ragazzi dello staff, simpatici, educati, gentili e appena hanno scoperto fosse il mio compleanno hanno portato un piatto con un dolce e una candelina. non da l'idea di un posto sporco. ho visto commenti veramente negativi, chi la giudicava come "mensa" semplicemente perché a buffet (stessa cosa in ristoranti giapponesi e cinesi), o anche del cibo di bassa qualità che non è affatto così. Infatti dopo aver visto tutte quelle recensioni negative non ci aspettavamo di trovarci bene, invece è andato tutto benissimo e sicuramente torneremo

31/12/2024: I am a rider for a well-known home delivery company, the total lack of respect they have towards us is absurd, they sometimes make us wait a long time, outside like stray dogs (indeed the latter can rightly come in) under the elements without even a a roof to shelter under and not even a table to place the bags of food that we are going to deliver to customers who have paid like the others. We are hard working people in any climate, these scum do not deserve the money that is spent in this place

16/11/2024: Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, piatti saporiti e di qualità. Personale molto educato e disponibile. Servizio impeccabile. L’unica cosa che mi ha fatto storcere un po’ il naso é che quando siamo andati alla cassa per pagare (avevo prenotato con The Fork con -20% di sconto) la ragazza sembra che abbia fatto finta di nulla per farci pagare il prezzo intero, solo dopo aver chiesto se era stato applicato lo sconto si é scusata dicendo che “non le appariva la prenotazione da The Fork con lo sconto”. In molti ristoranti non te lo applicano direttamente, cercando di approfittarsene… a parte ciò, abbiamo mangiato molto bene.
