06/01/2025: Unfortunately our order arrived incomplete with several items. The restaurant full of people had all the bins to empty the trays full and with a lot of dirt accumulated on them. Lastly, since it was full, we ate with people standing leaning on our chairs waiting for the table to be freed up.

06/01/2025: Mc Donald's very clean, very clean bathrooms and friendly staff. For quality MC respects Italian standards. Very large car park as it is within a shopping area.

23/01/2025: Sandwiches more similar to the American ones you can find in Verona. Overall good, perhaps little choice (like there are no chicken nuggets or variations of chicken sandwiches). Unfortunately, service does not depend on them, but on the delivery boys who, if they often use bicycles, unfortunately you will have cold sandwiches and soft chips, should encourage you to use scooters in some way.

Dirty chairs, waitress who brings wine without a vase, doesn't remember the tables and gets orders wrong, empty breadstick packaging left in place of the breadsticks that should be on the table, the POS doesn't work

12/11/2024: Sono stata al ristornare lo scorso weekend e non capisco tutte queste recensioni negative... Per il mio compleanno sono andata con la mia famiglia a cenare e ci siamo trovati davvero bene, il cibo era buono, personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo parlato con alcuni ragazzi dello staff, simpatici, educati, gentili e appena hanno scoperto fosse il mio compleanno hanno portato un piatto con un dolce e una candelina. non da l'idea di un posto sporco. ho visto commenti veramente negativi, chi la giudicava come "mensa" semplicemente perché a buffet (stessa cosa in ristoranti giapponesi e cinesi), o anche del cibo di bassa qualità che non è affatto così. Infatti dopo aver visto tutte quelle recensioni negative non ci aspettavamo di trovarci bene, invece è andato tutto benissimo e sicuramente torneremo

08/02/2025: Disappointing experience at KFC I was very disappointed with the service offered at this restaurant. The staff were rude and unhelpful, showing little attention to customers. I had to wait too long to receive my order, even though the place wasn't particularly busy. Furthermore, the cleaner behaved in an unprofessional manner, annoying customers instead of doing his job. I believe the management should pay more attention to staff behavior and improve service efficiency.

06/02/2025: Rude, rude and INCOMPETENT employees. While waiting for the order, I noticed on the receipt that some of the products ordered were not marked, which seems strange to me but ok, I pointed it out to the girl at the drive-thru who responded very rudely and closed the door in my face. This behavior is unacceptable. I won't come back again, you are shameful!!!!!!!!
