15/02/2026: I just placed my order for an empty Mac drive, and they made me wait more than 10 minutes for 2 Happy Metals and 2 cheese croquettes. No explanation.
14/02/2026: After 30/35 minutes standing in front of the MC Café counter and being ignored several times despite having to collect an order placed exactly 1 hour earlier, we managed to attract the attention of the rudest, most grumpy and surly manager (I assume in the green shirt) I have ever met.

07/12/2025: We were here two days in a row, we had a good meal, the burgers were excellent and so was the club sandwich. Interior, beautiful environment where we really felt at home, I definitely recommend it!!!🥰

30/12/2025: Unfortunately, our visit to 12oz in Venice was a disappointment. Although the shop was busy, there was only one person behind the counter. Consequently, we had to wait a very long time for our cappuccino to go.
However, what disappointed us most was the taste: we simply didn't like the coffee at all – which is quite a rare occurrence in Italy. Considering the wait and the poor quality, the price-performance ratio was completely off for us. What a shame!
20/12/2025: I walked into the shop on Strada Nuova. The lady behind the counter was on a private call and didn't even notice me. I waited at least two minutes, but she kept calling! I left the shop, and when I came back a while later, she was still on her phone.

30/07/2024: terribile! Oggi mi è successo un incidente spiacevole. Sono corsa dal treno per arrivare prima che il ristorante chiudesse. era alla porta alle 22.22. Il ristorante, secondo Google, è aperto fino alle 22.30. una guardia di sicurezza in uniforme rozza non ha permesso a tutti i visitatori di entrare nel ristorante. funzionava solo quando i clienti se ne andavano. Sono pronto a tollerare che tutte le catene di ristoranti in Italia siano tra le più lente e sporche del mondo, ma questo è troppo 👎👎👎

03/03/2025: Lo frequento da anni e mi sono sempre trovato bene... mi dispiace però che si faccia una brutta figura per una bustina di zucchero... Non riesco a bere il caffè con zucchero di canna ma da giorni mi dicono che c'è solo quello.... c'è un supermercato di fronte a 50 metri, se si è sprovvisti di zucchero, in emergenza, si può comprare senza stare per giorni a scusarsi con le persone per non averlo.... spero che la recensione serva da stimolo....
06/01/2025: Siamo stati invitati ad uscire perchè abbiamo il cane.
Tutti i ristoranti accettano i cani quindi non abbiamo apprezzato molto il gesto
Non ci torneremo mai più e non consiglieremo a nessuno di venire a questo macdonald

24/02/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di fermarmi a mangiare un panino e ne sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto . Dopo tante ricerche Il pulled finalmente era davvero buono . Ottimo anche il kebab ! . Super consigliato
16/02/2025: Super Service, sowie ein gut schmeckendes Gericht. Wir waren in Eile woraufhin der Angestellte unsere Bestellung so schnell es für ihn möglich war vorzubereiten. Da wir uns direkt gut mit ihm verstanden haben, gab es gratis eine Portion Fritten (als Belgier muss ich sagen dass diese Fritten sehr gelungen waren!). Kleinen Schlüsselanhänger als Andenken gab es am Ende auch noch dazu. Rundum sehr zufrieden
