24/08/2025: Too bad: the restaurant was listed as open on Google, but once I arrived (after walking more than a kilometer), I discovered it was closed for vacation. Updating the hours online would have been enough to avoid the inconvenience. I recommend paying more attention to this information in 2025, because many customers trust what they find on Google.

08/10/2025: I've lost count of how many times I've ordered from Pizza Smile, and I'll go on forever. Their pizzas are always better than the last.
I highly recommend everyone try ordering from them.
The delivery service with their innovative mobile ovens is something you have to experience to understand; explaining it doesn't do it justice.

19/10/2025: The outside area is dirty due to the presence of pigeons. The music is very loud, even at 11 in the morning. The food was good, but the coffee had some lees, so it wasn't pleasant.

10/09/2025: Slow food, more than fast food! Last night we came here for lunch, and after an hour and 15 minutes they gave us our two sandwiches and two drinks. They'll never see us again. The two guys who were supposed to organize the trays looked like they were having a hard time, one huffing and puffing, and the other, almost giving up, was moving in slow motion. (It must be said that a group of 15 and another of 20 arrived before us, by chance, but still, I expect organization and speed from a fast food restaurant.) Among other things, the piadina was also raw; I don't think it even saw a minute of cooking.

15/07/2025: They dont have any vegetarian meals on the menu. The only thing you can order are regular fries or the basic small salad with tomatoes.
The 2 other salads are with chicken, and special fries are with bacon.

19/10/2025: I work in Nave and after my shift I decided to order via the app to speed up the process. I didn't even wait five minutes, but the girl who delivered my order was very, very rude because I asked for a bag to go and she made a disgusted face; I should point out that I had asked for a bag via the app.
19/10/2025: It's not the first time I've waited a really long time for my meal, despite the short line. It's noticeable how slow and uninterested the staff are in serving. As someone who eats here before starting work, it's truly awful to have to wait so long for a quick meal. Each time, I feel less inclined to order.
