Conveniently located, it's a classic safe haven for families, groups of friends, and anyone looking for a bite to eat before or after a movie.
The menu is the chain's familiar one, with a strong focus on burgers, grilled meats, chicken, and the ever-present Tex-Mex dishes (nachos, tacos, and black beans).
Strengths: The fries (the classic boat-shaped French fries) almost always arrive piping hot and crispy. The burgers are well-made, and the Old Wild West sauce remains the signature dish, adding that extra touch. The selection of Argentinean meats is also good for those who want to skip the sandwich.
The venue is spectacularly scenic. The quintessential frontier-style decor—with its historic wooden wagons, barrel-shaped chairs, and booths that provide privacy—is perfect for soaking up the atmosphere. Being a large venue located in an entertainment hub, the atmosphere can get very noisy and chaotic on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights, coinciding with peak movie theater hours). If you're looking for a quiet dinner and quiet conversation, it's best to opt for weekdays. The staff, mostly young, is very busy. Despite the workload on hot days, the kitchen is a well-oiled machine, and wait times for food are significantly short. Yesterday, we had to wait over 30 minutes for two portions of fries; something had obviously jammed yesterday.
The convenience of the parking lot in front is a plus; being located in the Limena shopping complex, parking is never a problem, thanks to the large number of free spaces available outside and in the basement.

04/02/2026: I always like to come back and get comfortable on the reclining chairs and enjoy a good film, but having added the games room and with some tastings at the bar if you have to wait for the film to start, here the time passes quickly and it's nice.
03/02/2026: Recently renovated (it's about time!). There are many rooms with sound systems finally fixed, and the choice to open on Sunday mornings at reasonable prices is also excellent.

21/12/2025: Evening with friends, we saw the free "dessert" promo and decided to check it out.
The sandwiches were good, but the sides were a bit small considering the price... "dessert/cake" in quotation marks because it's not a dessert. Okay, it's free... but aside from the 1.5cm slice, the taste was awful, as they were as dry as stale bread... dry cream... and I'll stop there.
If you're "giving" something away, make sure it's not something like that. The wait staff was cold, as was the rest of the place. 4 stars for giving them room for improvement... let's hope!
PS: Change those sauce holders!! They're rusty!!!!
09/12/2025: Almost an American dream — but with Italian subtitles
I walked in just before closing time, hoping for a small nightcap of experience to end a beautiful day. The place looks like an American diner — Elvis on the wall, US license plates, neon light… the whole cultural export package.
I asked for a burger.
Silence.
I repeated burger.
More silence.
Then the waiter lit up: “Ah, BURGER!”
Breakthrough.
I was asked to move 20 meters to a more appropriate table (apparently the first one offended someone’s geometry). I ordered a Blue Cheese Burger + Corona. The Corona arrived quickly. The No-Cheese burger a bit later. Close enough, I suppose — dairy intolerance by divine intervention.
I asked for salt. Non comprendere.
I wrote NaCl on paper. Still non comprendere.
Chemistry fails again.
To their credit, they listened politely when I explained the situation, and apologized kindly. Staff is friendly — once communication leaves Earth orbit and returns.
Food: fine.
Service: unforgettable.
Experience: pricelessly chaotic.

10/04/2026: It’s a really bad place. The waitress are so rude and they shout us for they own mistakes and made us to pay more. Also the quality of the food was less than average for the grilled restaurant.

06/06/2026: Of the Burger Kings I've tried, this is one of the best. It's a shame the drinks were a little flat... I hope it was an oversight on the night; both my Sprite and my partner's Coke were flat.
29/05/2026: Whoever created the playlist, I kindly ask you to change it (the songs are always the same). The place is hot and dirty, smelly, the kids' area is dirty, and there are cockroaches in the bathroom. It's horrendous! The seats are all torn and uncomfortable, the kiosks don't work, the drinks are always warm and flat, and the drive-thru orders go through the trash can. It's embarrassing!
During birthday parties, the kids scream and run all over the place, not in their designated area. The sign flashes, making it hard to even enter. The prices have gone up, and the app almost never works. I think after 10 years, it's time for a renovation. Don't be stingy, you're a multinational. I've been here several times to write this review to make sure the situation is truly that dire. A DISASTER!!

01/04/2025: Cibo nella media e locale ben tenuto ma molto rumoroso e con tempi d’attesa a dir poco biblici. Ordinato 3 galletti, 2 tagliate ed un panino abbiamo aspettato 1:45. Nemmeno uno “scusate per l’attesa” da parte della direzione o un cenno di comprensione avendo 2 bambini piccoli non è stata una cena così rilassante, bastava almeno portare ai piccoli qualche cosa da mangiare prima, e dare presenza, ma tolti i ragazzi della sala che non sapevano più cosa dirci non c’è stato interesse per il cliente. Tralasciamo poi il club sandwich messo in conto e mai ordinato… peccato averlo solo averlo scoperto una volta a casa.
