18/01/2025: Bathroom flooded, it takes three hours for the order to arrive (if it arrives), they took my glass because it was chipped and it took 20 minutes for them to bring it back, they were quicker to reshape the molten glass. Not to mention the food!!! The hamburger is empty and tasteless, the mayonnaise tastes like expired egg and the pink sauce tastes like melon!!!!!!! Absurd really, I don't recommend it to everyone.

14/12/2024: rude and slow staff; It took them 20 minutes to get a can of tea, as did the sandwich: which was brought to the table with much encouragement after 40 minutes. very high prices being a pub and due to the service offered.

02/10/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato ad un compleanno tutto perfetto e bellissimo!!! This was the "Night to Remember" nice place to party and celebrate special events so you just gonna leave it by "Good Mood Good Food"☺️ Highly Recommend!!!🔝

02/02/2025: I was with my partner and I have to say that it is THE cinema par excellence. Ergonomic and reclining seats with drink holders, there is a lot of space between one row and the other. Spectacular audio. What can I say, we will definitely return.

14/02/2025: Absolutely not recommended! One star, because less is not possible! After a first pleasant experience when this place opened many years ago, unfortunately I returned yesterday and, to my great disappointment, I found a terrible welcome from the waitresses who were only busy cleaning the place (an hour and a half before it closed) and absolutely disinterested in the needs of the few customers present in the room. The aforementioned ladies, who were not very friendly and kind, immediately limited my choice of a table to my taste, stating that that part of the place that I was interested in and to which they were preventing me from accessing needed to be cleaned right at that moment (!) In reality, that area had no need to be cleaned, given that clearly no one had set foot there and obviously not even the waitresses set foot there. It is deduced that that part had probably remained inaccessible all day, thus limiting their efforts. The use of those tables is probably only allowed when the place fills up, like on Saturday evenings. As a start, it's not bad. Later, after about half an hour of waiting in vain at the table, one of the two waitresses finally came to take the order. Then a group of young people entered who were served before me. at my complaints, the waitress snorted and finally, after another quarter of an hour, she decided to serve me a dish that wasn't too fresh, not too recent, not too pleasant, with a beer that was strangely absolutely tasteless compared to usual... I won't mention the name of the beer (simply a Belgian red, usually much tastier and alcoholic) but I openly declare myself a connoisseur. It seems to me that my description is sufficient to define the degradation of this place which was once quite pleasant. I repeat: Absolutely not recommended.

23/01/2025: I absolutely did not like learning about the existence of this place (or at least that it is located right here) 😠. I say this because this characteristic structure (the circular section of the building is beautiful) until some time ago housed the excellent restaurant 🍽 "La Saccisica", to which I was actually intending to return many years after my last visit. Having arrived on site around lunch time, I was therefore literally shocked 😨 to see the change in management. Since I was hungry, I went in anyway and enjoyed myself with a Bacon King menu assembled on an assembly line ⚙⛓ (in full fast food style). The girl 👩🏻 who served me at the cash desk and cleaned the room was all in all discreet. Food of course identical to that of any other Burger King. What happened here says a lot about how much and how the eating habits of our society are changing, certainly not for the better (although many foolishly welcome this phenomenon). A quality restaurant, also an expression of the local food and wine tradition, has been supplanted by a Stars and Stripes junk food giant 🇺🇲. I believe this is a defeat FOR EVERYONE and ACROSS the board. IMMEDIATE SADNESS 😔.

11/01/2025: Peak evening, only one works out of two cash registers. The app continues to crash. There are three people before me but I stay in the queue for 15 minutes because there is someone who doesn't know how to order, chats away regardless of the queue, even leaves the shop to pay and the shop assistants don't understand that in the meantime they have to let the queue move forward. There's a McDonald's nearby, the app works, I choose the offer and I have my dinner in a few minutes. I like Burger King but this one, if they don't wake up, is doomed to fail.

20/01/2025: Pessima esperienza! Ero già stato con soddisfazione alcuni anni fa e visto che l'altra sera mi trovavo nei paraggi con un gruppetto di amici ho pensato di riproporre il locale per un boccone veloce in tarda serata. Personale rozzo, scortese e incompetente, piatti improvvisati di pessima qualità, servizio al tavolo inqualificabile per non dire inesistente, ambiente sporco e rumoroso in barba a qualsiasi norma sull'igiene e la sicurezza nei locali pubblici, prezzi assolutamente sproporzionati rispetto alla qualità del cibo e del servizio offerto. Alla richiesta di poter pagare con bancomat la cassiera ha reagito rispondendo con maleducazione. Sicuramente non torneremo!

19/01/2025: Place to forget, I was there last night with friends, but unfortunately I had a negative experience. Then my friend ordered a pizza in pala but the sauce was sour. Then when I asked him to clean the table, he replied that it was old wood and that it didn't need cleaning, and that he would change it soon, when in reality I read other reviews where they complained about the table. The waitress even told my friend to go to hell when he asked for cutlery, they arrived greasy with oil. When it was time to pay, the waitress refused to let me pay with the debit card, when I replied that I only had that and that I had no cash and that she was not in compliance by not making me pay with the debit card, she got angry and started to treat everyone at my table badly. During dinner there were kids coming and going from the bar and kitchen when they couldn't. Don't go there again, place to forget and I hope it closes as soon as possible.

11/02/2025: I've re-evaluated this place. Quick cooking even with the crowds in the room, a quality that I don't mind at all! And above all staff finally with a smile. Welcome back!

11/11/2023: The place is closed but they continue to take reservations online!! On a Saturday night there were 12 of us looking for an alternative!

22/10/2023: Top burgers, both vegetarian and meat ones. Fried chips are served with each dish. Large and spacious environment on three floors with tables for couples or groups. Benches without backrests are a little less comfortable. The fast service.
