23/09/2025: The price-performance ratio is unfortunately very poor. No sauces, no ketchup, no fries, and the only side dishes available were coleslaw or chili con carne (odd with meat, but that's what it was). The meat was served without any sauce or anything, sometimes dry or just greasy, and the portions were mediocre... a pure disappointment! You definitely get an American feel to it: the food arrived on disposable plates and in cardboard boxes... all in all, for the price they charge, it's really outrageous.
The owner was very friendly and helpful; he even mentioned at the beginning that the only side dishes available were coleslaw and meat. However, the pictures online and the reviews from 2024 are completely outdated. Burgers and fries, for example, aren't even on the menu anymore. What a shame!

12/02/2026: This evening I ordered a family menu with two menus and two happy meals with Deliveroo. Unfortunately, when the delivery driver arrived, the drinks were spilled, and I rightly don't blame the restaurant for this inconvenience. However, when I got home, I opened the package and found one of the two sandwiches on the menu missing. When I called the restaurant, the response was "I'm not aware of it," "ask Deliveroo for a refund."
I also work at McDonald's and know full well that something like this can happen, but there were numerous options for getting the missing sandwich, but none of them were offered to me.

11/01/2026: We were in Florence at the end of the year and stopped at this place for one evening. It was a terrible experience, to say the least, as it was incredibly cold. There was no heating at all, and all the tables were filled with people wearing jackets, shivering from the cold. The staff told us it was broken. It was basically like eating outside in 2°C temperatures. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I hope it helps improve the working conditions of the staff, who were working hard despite everything.
Please fix this place.
08/01/2026: Terrible experience.
The cheese and bacon sandwich was practically raw: the bacon was undercooked and the cheese was completely stiff, not even melted.
As soon as we got home, the little girl felt sick and ran to the bathroom with a severe stomachache.
I tried calling the restaurant several times to report the incident, but obviously no one answered.
Truly unacceptable service, especially when it comes to food and children's health.
Never again.

19/10/2025: Frozen juices, not natural, at a very, very expensive price. I made the mistake of not going to Starbucks or Bubble Tea, which are below the station. I left disappointed.
06/10/2025: Been here 3 times since being in Florence, coffee is okay, made from a machine but honestly just fine if you want a quick pit stop. But stay away from the food, the croissant was kinda dry but tasted good and the muffin i had on my last visit was inedible

20/09/2024: Sono stata al Roadhouse il 12 settembre ho fatto l’ordine takeaway ordinando direttamente al ristorante. Ordino 2 panini le cheese balls e un hamburger senza pane.
Arrivo a casa trovo l’ hamburger bruciata, è un panino in meno, chiamo il locale e gli comunico la mancanza del prodotto facendo presente che non era la prima volta che succedeva, ma la persona che mi risponde anziché chiedere scusa per l’accaduto mi risponde “a me non risulta che è successo altre volte, può venire a ritirare il panino” io a quel punto gli comunico che non voglio più il panino anche perché ero distante ma che sarei tornata appena ero in zona a farmi rimborsare il panino.
Dopo un paio di giorni ritorno al locale per il rimborso chiedendo di parlare con la persona che mi aveva risposto al telefono…morale della favola nonostante fosse lì anziché di venire fuori e parlare con me ha fatto venire una cameriera a farmi rimborsare.
Vi dico solo che sono una cliente Gold. ( o meglio ero una cliente gold perché non mi vedranno più)

Atmosfera simpatica. Abbiamo visto un po' di partita e ci siamo divertiti tanto.

21/07/2025: Mi sono fermato a consumare per poter utilizzare il bagno, che dire, tutto mi aspettavo tranne di trovarmi un ragazzo nel bagno a fianco che si m4sturb4va tranquillamente.
17/03/2025: Dopo aver preso caffè in 7 e in attesa di altri che stavano cenando, siamo stati invitati a uscire. Tra noi una signora in sedia a rotelle e con ossigeno. Pessima la cassiera che ha chiamato la vigilanza per farci uscire. Veramente una bruttissima persona
