19/09/2025: Tell me if this isn't scamming customers! We ordered two mixed family pizzas and two mixed Specials over the phone. The Mixed Specials, as you can see from the menu in the photo, were supposed to include: chicken wings, onion rings, chicken croquettes, panelle and croquettes, and mozzarella balls, for a total of 30 pieces! Judge for yourself from the photos whether what we received corresponds to what was described! A huge pile of fries, a few panelle, and a few croquettes! All for €22!!! Do you think that's €22 worth of fries?!? We called them back to ask for an explanation and were told, "But the Just Eat menu is something else." What the hell kind of response is that?!?!? I didn't make a fool of myself with my guests for dinner, but you guys who burn out customers like this! But don't worry, it's just a matter of time...people who work this way don't last long! Absolutely avoid!

04/11/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant last night with my family. We weren't familiar with it, but we took advantage of a discount with The Fork and booked. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location was very elegant... We ate wonderfully, with attentive and meticulous service. We enjoyed their warm bread with olive oil and their complimentary post-dinner cookies. There were eight of us and we ordered a lot: four appetizers, pizzas, and hamburgers, dessert for everyone, beer, Coke, and water. The bill was slightly higher than average, but it was in proportion to the delicious food and the attentive and thoughtful service. High marks for the apple strudel and the panettone with vanilla ice cream. I recommend this place.

25/10/2025: The appetizer batter was too oily, masking the sage that should have been the star. The pasta was very good, carbonara with black truffle. The balance of flavors was excellent. The dessert, crème brûlée, was balanced, but not satisfied with the cane sugar melted by the blowtorch on top. Friendly and courteous service, excellent availability. Good value for money.

04/11/2025: Disgraceful experience. I left work late, got home at 10:30 pm, and decided to order McDonald's from Via Notarbartolo through Glovo for a quiet meal... and I still couldn't eat! They forgot the fries again, and the food arrived cold, inedible, and without any attention to detail. The absurd thing is that Glovo no longer gives refunds for this place, probably because they constantly mess up orders. A McDonald's run like this is a disgrace: terrible service, no customer service, and awful food. After this, I will never order from them again.

01/11/2025: They got the whole order wrong and forgot the fries. Never again.

29/05/2025: We came in by chance and thank goodness! Delicious vegan food. Really tasty. Congratulations! I wish there was a place like this near me too. Definitely worth a try!

11/05/2025: I feel like writing an opinion that considers everything: as far as the aesthetics of the cake is concerned, it is nothing like the photo I sent, still pretty, but without beads, the writing practically illegible and the colors used completely different, when one of the main requests was precisely to stick to the color of the photo. As for the taste, the sponge was good, but I think the cream was vegetable, so not the best, especially for me in a red velvet there shouldn't be cream at all, but a butter cream. The structure of the cake was unstable, it tended towards one side, it was very difficult to cut as it all fell apart. For such a high price I expected more.

18/10/2025: Service at an uninterested level. Also took 15 minutes even though I was the only customer. Burger was undercooked, so make sure to ask for ben cotto. Although that doesn’t always guarantee you will receive it.

06/06/2025: Every time we order on glovo, but unless it's yours that receives the order. Every time a request is made, it is not taken into consideration and on top of that you don't answer the phone. What's the point of having the possibility to add or remove something if you don't even read? I took two sandwiches, one with the request well cooked and divided in two... meat arrived rare and not even divided (but if that was the only problem)... The second with the request to remove cucumbers (due to an allergy), the sandwich arrived with cucumbers... taken and thrown away... 30 euros thrown away. When someone orders it is because they don't feel like cooking and maybe they want to give themselves a cuddle... with your refreshment point it's always hell.... you should close.

17/11/2025: Disappointing, I'm a regular customer. I ordered a home delivery and found the sandwiches made "....." Honestly, given how much they cost, things aren't worth it anymore, to be treated like this... Fewer chips than usual with old salad and tomato put in just for the sake of putting them in... The sandwiches were put in backwards and they were ruined... I don't know what it takes but you can tell when a job is done in a hurry and badly. I'm sorry, but honestly, if it has to cost me more and then I'm treated like an animal, honestly, I'll make them myself and they cost half as much... Usually everything was nice and fixed this time... I won't order again, thanks. 2 stars only because the Glovo guy was kind and punctual.

04/11/2025: Just got two takeout sandwiches... when I got home, one was the wrong one, and a completely different sandwich (not the one I ordered). I also ordered without barbecue sauce, but with mayonnaise and none of that... the most unpleasant thing was that the meat was completely raw inside, so inedible. I would have even eaten it if at least the meat had been cooked. I wrote to their WhatsApp and online contacts and tried calling a number that says it doesn't exist. I hope they have customer service so I can at least get an apology and a voucher for a next sandwich. Honestly, I spent 10 euros to not be able to eat anything, and that's not how you do it. I'm sorry. 0 stars completely.
