27/04/2025: Leaving aside the countless mistakes that have always been made and which we have politely addressed, this time we ask for two pizzas, one of which is a margherita with cherry tomato, onion and caciocavallo cheese on top. The pizzas arrived cold (but this is now the practice) but above all, in one of the two, the cherry tomato was put raw as was the onion, and the caciocavallo was absent. When the place was called to point it out, the response was, I think we put the ingredients in later. Now mistakes are fine but mockery is not. Then the second question, is everything else okay? But what remains? The fact that one person ate whatever Vio they wanted and another had a cold Snow White with a tomato and onion crudité on top! Not even a hint of an apology, but a sorry, we'll be more careful, we can send another pizza (which would have been rejected anyway), NOTHING. we made big mistakes in the series, you pointed it out, but we don't care about semolina. Frank pizza 2 never again.

11/05/2025: I feel like writing an opinion that considers everything: as far as the aesthetics of the cake is concerned, it is nothing like the photo I sent, still pretty, but without beads, the writing practically illegible and the colors used completely different, when one of the main requests was precisely to stick to the color of the photo. As for the taste, the sponge was good, but I think the cream was vegetable, so not the best, especially for me in a red velvet there shouldn't be cream at all, but a butter cream. The structure of the cake was unstable, it tended towards one side, it was very difficult to cut as it all fell apart. For such a high price I expected more.

11/05/2025: I found out about this place through social media and I was very intrigued, I ordered 3 different cutting boards and I'm super satisfied, really top cutting boards both in quality and in abundance, I highly recommend it to the super friendly and helpful staff

02/05/2025: Mi sono recata da Bites con il mio fidanzato dopo averlo visto sponsorizzato sui social e devo dire che non mi sono pentita della scelta. Abbiamo preso due antipasti, un primo e un Humburger, ed era tutto ottimo; il personale, a differenza di quanto detto nelle recensioni precedenti, è stato molto disponibile e simpatico. Lo consiglierei! P.s unico appunto sul servizio, il primo è stato portato mente ancora mangiavo l’ antipasto, a volte questo può dare fastidio, da migliorare.

21/04/2025: Elegant table and attentive table service, but too long waiting times. The pizzas are very good, but the meat-based main courses are limited in quantity and not out of the ordinary, the price is unjustified, their hot bread is good. The desserts were absolutely disappointing, we ordered a cheesecake and a strudel which in reality were completely different, but I appreciated that they gave us some free biscuits at the end of the dinner.

20/04/2025: Tavola elegante e servizio al tavolo curato, ma tempi di attesa un po' lunghi. Le pizze molto buone, ma i secondi a base di carne invece scarsi nelle quantità e non fuori dall'ordinario, ingiustificato il prezzo, buono il loro pane caldo. Assolutamente deludenti i dolci, abbiamo ordinato una cheesecake e uno strudel che in realtà erano tutt'altro, ho apprezzato però che ci abbiano omaggiato dei biscottini a fine cena.

10/05/2025: Even though it's Saturday night, they were quick and very kind. The sandwiches are always well seasoned and the food quality is good.

01/05/2025: I ordered a burger with grilled chicken which arrived after 35 minutes. The chicken was really dry and dry, no liquid, as if it was pre-cooked, difficult to swallow, I almost drowned! In my opinion a sandwich to remove from the menu!

05/04/2025: Posto in preda al caos !!!completamente fuori controllo. Nessun riferimento tavoli pieni di ragazzi che non consumano cibo nella norma anzi niente di che sicuramente non indicato alle famiglie ma soltanto per ragazzini ... Il pane chiamato Bun sembra una big bubble posti a sedere minuscoli per via della location insomma pessima esperienza Comunque siamo riusciti a mangiare

04/04/2025: I ordered online with home delivery 3 sick kebabs a portion of onion rings and 2 chips....after paying €33.90 (€2.90 home delivery) everything arrived frozen, imagine what it means to eat frozen kebabs and the chips seemed like glue!!! Despite having immediately reported the problem, Zangaloro turned a deaf ear!! This is called lack of seriousness and professionalism I strongly recommend buying on site and not with home delivery if you don't want to throw everything away including your money

30/08/2024: Satisfaction, very friendly atmosphere and food was good. We even got a local panacek for free.
