11/05/2025: I feel like writing an opinion that considers everything: as far as the aesthetics of the cake is concerned, it is nothing like the photo I sent, still pretty, but without beads, the writing practically illegible and the colors used completely different, when one of the main requests was precisely to stick to the color of the photo. As for the taste, the sponge was good, but I think the cream was vegetable, so not the best, especially for me in a red velvet there shouldn't be cream at all, but a butter cream. The structure of the cake was unstable, it tended towards one side, it was very difficult to cut as it all fell apart. For such a high price I expected more.

06/06/2025: If I could not give votes I would, terrible service and terrible dishes. They want to do the all you can eat service without ability, they are not capable of it. All you can eat means eating as much as one wants, and so it is.. shame that there is no possibility of being able to try more dishes, they bring dishes obviously all frozen and in industrial quantities so as to fill people up immediately with 1/2 dishes so clever clever they make €20 a shot for a €12 dish that in reality is worth €5 as each dish is neither fresh nor of quality. It is not so much for the place itself, because it is nicely furnished, it is precisely for the incompetence of the management. We went and had a plate of pasta, some French fries and 6 chicken nuggets, for a total of €40, we wanted to try it, but it's absolutely not worth it, spending so much for poor and disappointing dishes, and the flavors weren't even good... for example, the fries with pistachio sauce had the sauce diluted in tasteless water (insipid). It's not a place where you can spend a nice evening thinking of being able to try more dishes and leave happy, satisfied and above all with a smile on your face. You eat 3 things really and leave spending a fortune. Place found on tik tok, so excited at the idea of ​​finding an all you can eat different from the usual Japanese, and instead it turned out to be a total failure. Really recommended only for those who want to leave disappointed and if as a couple with €40 less eating 3 things and that's it, I repeat poor and not quality and not made by them, but frozen. So yes, if there is some masochist who likes to hurt himself I recommend a 5 star. For those who want an experience and want to eat well, change the place because in Palermo it is full.

21/04/2025: Elegant table and attentive table service, but too long waiting times. The pizzas are very good, but the meat-based main courses are limited in quantity and not out of the ordinary, the price is unjustified, their hot bread is good. The desserts were absolutely disappointing, we ordered a cheesecake and a strudel which in reality were completely different, but I appreciated that they gave us some free biscuits at the end of the dinner.

20/04/2025: Tavola elegante e servizio al tavolo curato, ma tempi di attesa un po' lunghi. Le pizze molto buone, ma i secondi a base di carne invece scarsi nelle quantità e non fuori dall'ordinario, ingiustificato il prezzo, buono il loro pane caldo. Assolutamente deludenti i dolci, abbiamo ordinato una cheesecake e uno strudel che in realtà erano tutt'altro, ho apprezzato però che ci abbiano omaggiato dei biscottini a fine cena.

I took two sandwiches, one with the request well cooked and divided in two... meat arrived rare and not even divided (but if that was the only problem)... The second with the request to remove cucumbers (due to an allergy), the sandwich arrived with cucumbers... taken and thrown away... 30 euros thrown away. When someone orders it is because they don't feel like cooking and maybe they want to give themselves a cuddle... with your refreshment point it's always hell.... you should close.

So it is clear that the quality has dropped a lot, the more things any business does, the more normal this is, I also feel sorry for those who work there who will be enslaved and underpaid but is this all that Palermo offers? But does it really want to compete with the already much talked about Mc Donalds or Burger King?
