10/12/2025: This is the third time I've dined with you, but this time I decided to celebrate my birthday! I don't know where to begin...from those endless dishes, each one better than the last, to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We were especially welcomed by Nadim and Serena. So much grit, so much desire, and so much love for their work, because, after all, to work like this, you have to love what you do. These two are brilliant, no question about it. 22/12/2025: A pizza shop in Carini - our pizza was good (bit too much cheese maybe), but not somethingbput of the ordinary. We did take away, but there is also seating available at the location. And on the plus side, Frank's is open Sunday evenings...

20/02/2026: Discovered by chance, thanks to the Fork app, for logistical reasons, Foscolo Tre truly surprised me, even though I came here without much expectation. Minimalist chic, with a warm, noir-inspired design, natural touches, thoughtfully designed soft lighting, and wines on the walls, a cultural symbol of food and wine art. Refined, fine-fusion cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients, essential dishes, excellent table settings, a balance between classic and creative dishes, and a focus on seasonality. Delicious homemade breads and desserts, thanks to experimentation with ancient flours, with a good moisture/maturation ratio. Superlative selection of aged, marbled, and premium meats. Comprehensive wine list, featuring regional and international selections, with excellent champagnes, Franciacorta, and Metodo Classico. Friendly, attentive, and helpful service. Chef, mentor, and guide, acting as a gentlemanly "management de salle," offering comprehensive explanations of each dish served. Good value for money, thanks also to the The Fork discount, which was initially not applied to the cover charge, but was promptly corrected later.

03/02/2026: The place is very beautiful and welcoming, the atmosphere truly inviting you to sit down and relax. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't live up to the setting: I found it rather bland and the dough wasn't convincing. It's a shame, because the setting deserves a cuisine of the same caliber.

The truly scandalous thing isn't that they cook so badly, it's that they do it shamelessly. As if we knew nothing. As if forty years of science, information, and preventable deaths had never existed. As if it were still the post-war period and the height of culinary ambition was "to grease well and add flavor." We're not talking about tradition here, but about laziness disguised as culture. This isn't "old-fashioned" cuisine: it's carelessness, it's operational ignorance, it's industrial indifference. Because healthy cooking requires attention, skill, and responsibility. Frying everything, on the other hand, is easy. It's the shortcut of the mediocre. And the truth is simple and uncomfortable: these places don't feed people, they consume customers. They sell instant pleasure and present the bill years later, when no one connects heart attacks to "abundant" food. In 2026, that's not folklore. It's irresponsibility. And even a little criminal.

A two-and-a-half-hour wait for delivery of a sandwich ordered via the app. Not a dinner for ten people, not a complicated order: a simple sandwich. Meanwhile, no communication, no meaningful updates, just an endless wait that turns hunger into frustration. When ordering via the app, a minimum wait is acceptable, but two and a half hours is simply unacceptable. If you can't manage orders, simply temporarily close deliveries instead of leaving customers hanging all evening. It's a shame, because as a loyal customer, I expected a whole different level of service. After an experience like that, I honestly wouldn't go back there even if everything was free.

15/02/2026: I advise everyone against ordering takeaway, they never arrive. I had to cancel an order placed at 7:30 pm and it still hadn't arrived at 10:00 pm, justifying 2 riders to make deliveries. If you are not able to provide certain services, don't do them, you would make a worse impression.
