21/11/2024: Personally I think it is one of the best burgers in Catania (if not the best), at least in the entire central area, among a thousand sandwich shops that sell fried air and which never fully satisfy.
All the ingredients are fresh and delicious, each sandwich is always a delight.
It may seem trivial, but what many often forget is that a good burger starts from the BREAD, which is always fresh and delicious, rather than being cheap like in most sandwich shops.
The staff is very friendly and kind, the prices are honest and in line with the market.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid they don't make home deliveries (a site is indicated, but it doesn't work, and I've never found it in the delivery apps), but in some ways it's a good thing: being such a good sandwich, it should be enjoyed on the spot as soon as it's ready. ready, and being in the central Via Umberto it is worth taking a walk to reach it.
The place is small but has its own style, nice and clean.

22/08/2024: Guardavo le storie di marco su Instagram... è ripetevo sempre con mia moglie che ci saremmo andati.... volevo sgarrare Forte 😂 quando siamo andati.. c'era un bel po' di gente...(Ho avuto paura di aspettare troppo) invece appena liberato un posto...il tempo di ordinare è le pietanze erano già sul tavolo.... abbiamo preso due panini galattici... patatine e pulled... abbiamo finito solo i panini 😂posto molto carino e cibo ottimo...i soldi spesi li vale tutti.... consigliatissimo 👍👍👍👍🔥

Volevo fare i complimenti a tutto lo staff; personale gentile e cordiale, dinamico, preparato.
In particolare faccio i complimenti alla ragazza che ha preso le comande (non so il nome), e la simpaticissima Alessia che è stata super professionale, gentile e rapida, che ci ha servito con molta cura. Tornerò nuovamente.
Anche i miei genitori sono rimasti molto colpiti.

10/03/2024: Mrs. Ottavia, friendly and attentive, pampers you in a typical Sunday lunch. Well seasoned and generous portions. We had baked pasta, lasagna, cutlets with chips, baked rabbit with delicious baked potatoes, and a wild fennel omelette.

16/12/2024: It happens very often that in this place when I order a sandwich, it always arrives with a different customization than my choice!
Furthermore, when I order the menu in a "bag", therefore to take away, it has almost always happened that the sandwiches are wrong!
Finally, this evening I ordered two bottles of still water beyond the menus, but they both arrived sparkling. When I complained about this problem, I was informed that natural water had run out...

17/12/2024: I often come to MC Donald's in Acireale to have breakfast (which in my opinion is the only thing that works well inside that MC Donald's, the girls are all kind, professional and always polite) and I witnessed an unpleasant event this morning involving a colleague/manager ? who filmed a girl who works there in an absolutely arrogant and rude way. As a woman and a working woman, I was very annoyed by this attitude, especially in front of all the customers who were waiting to be served. I would like to point out that the girl remained equally professional and kind as always even if in the meantime she had to give account to this gentleman who called her back in very arrogant and unsuitable tones. I hope to never witness an event like this again. A man who tries to be haughty with a person who works!!! I would focus on other types of problems such as cleaning and not forgetting orders (what happened about 3 weeks ago at dinner with my daughter who had been waiting for her Happy meal for 1 hour)

06/08/2024: Unfortunately, although several friends and acquaintances spoke well of it to me, it was not a good experience for me.
It was a Thursday evening and there was no crowd, the sandwich arrived already lukewarm, almost cold. Looking at it, it was very inviting but I wasn't satisfied with the taste at all.
My experience was of a sandwich that wasn't particularly tasty and was heavy to digest.
