05/10/2025: Terrible experience. I'm giving the service one star because it's the only thing that can be given less. We ordered three combo dishes: a pizza, a sandwich, and a portion of chili. The service was fragmented and lasted almost two hours. At the end, we reported our complaint to the cashier, and the fairness was that, having ordered from separate sections (sandwiches, main courses, pizzas, and combo dishes), the kitchen worked independently and with different timings. We added that if they had served the entire table at once, we would have continued to wait. While we were talking, a gentleman at the cash register added, "Now I'll buy you a drink and you'll calm down." Update in Response to Management I would like to add a key clarification to my original review regarding your response, as my intention was never to stir up controversy, but rather to offer constructive feedback. It is important to clarify that our initial concern was not raised directly with the wait staff who served us, but with another cashier, unrelated to our direct service. Furthermore, following our criticism regarding the fragmented service (where some diners waited while others had already received their dishes), your management initially acknowledged the validity of our complaint. I reiterate that the purpose of our criticism was not to obtain any compensation or gift, but simply to politely report our first experience at your establishment, in the belief that feedback, if accepted, can lead to operational improvements. I note, as well as from other reviews, that the service issue The misalignment is not an isolated case. I hope that greater attention will be paid to this aspect in the future. In particular, I suggest that in the event of delays or service that cannot guarantee simultaneous delivery of dishes, staff take care to inform customers in advance of the expected delivery times when they place their orders. 06/09/2025: The burger wasn't good quality. When I ordered, I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked. Pizza...let's forget it.

13/10/2025: You'll find the best sandwiches only here. Lots of different types, all delicious and with plenty of variations. You can also order toasted sandwiches, salads, and meat dishes. I ordered the pork menu for €11, which included a sandwich, fries, and a drink. Highly recommended.
09/09/2025: I've been there several times and the food is excellent, but the last time I was there it was a real disaster. The wait was too long for sandwiches; it was already very late and there were few people. Moreover, two people who arrived half an hour after us were served when we still had nothing on our table after 45 minutes. We had to wait over an hour for dinner; they didn't even give us placemats or a glass for water, and we had to pay a €1 cover charge without having received it. The waiters were all kind, but unfortunately it's not their fault, but the management was a flop. After this hour of waiting, I couldn't even eat what I had so desired during this long wait. My sandwich didn't contain mozzarella (which was included), and I wasn't even told about it. Furthermore, since I had ordered a menu, baked potatoes were included alongside this sandwich, another missing item. Instead, they served me nachos on my plate—bagged chips that I absolutely wouldn't have eaten. I didn't think it was fair to pay 11 euros for a menu I didn't eat, as it wasn't what I had ordered. If they had told me the potatoes were missing, I would have simply said I was just ordering the sandwich, as I would have paid less and eaten practically the same amount. I found this attitude truly unfair, I assume only because we were young, as they certainly wouldn't have treated us like this in other situations.
