24/01/2026: Slow waiters, bland place, uneducated and too limp staff, we arrived at 9.40pm and we arrived at 11pm without having food, the place is nice and the food is good but the service is awful

25/10/2025: On Saturday evening, I decided to book a table at this restaurant and enjoy an excellent sandwich. I have to say, however, that I wasn't completely satisfied. Despite having a 9:30 PM reservation, I waited outside for half an hour. After being seated, I waited another 45 minutes for my sandwich. The food was excellent, but the staff was inconsistent and unreliable in respecting the timetable. I can say that despite the excellent quality of the food and the excellent quality of the ingredients, I would never return to this place. I appreciate the frenzy of Saturday evenings, but perhaps it would be more respectful to customers not to accept reservations on that day of the week to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
