A place like this should be frequented by people who like to drink and eat American-style, but instead they throw children's parties there, who ruin everything by shouting and making a racket everywhere, distorting the very essence of the place.

Excellent and friendly service.
Typical American atmosphere.

16/09/2025: Excellent bakery with artisanal products, friendly staff here. You can buy bread, biscuits, normal and wholemeal ones, and excellent focaccias of various types. There is also an excellent take-away kitchen with various preparations. Excellent bakery, I recommend visiting it and tasting excellent products.
14/09/2025: When I went to Bari before returning to my country I always went to this restaurant which was good but the chicken was a bit raw but it doesn't matter they welcomed me kindly but the cleanliness was always dirty

We came yesterday, and since I know the place from other areas, I wanted to try it in the Casamassima shopping center as well.
When we arrived, there was no one there except a single table. Two waiters were standing at the counter on their phones, and the table we liked had been dirty for at least 5-10 minutes. We had to ask for it to be cleaned... it was obvious it needed cleaning... but whatever.
The sandwiches weren't good, and we even felt sick that night, probably due to the poor quality of the meat.
This place is a disappointment; I won't be returning.

28/08/2025: I went to this restaurant for the first time last night with two friends. The atmosphere is relaxed. The outdoor location is located at the base of the Norman-Swabian Castle of Gioia del Colle, so the view is spectacular. The interior rooms are very charming. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is top-notch. The meat is well-cooked, the sandwich toasted to perfection, and the salad and tomatoes are fresh. The sandwich is huge, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. We'll be back.

26/10/2025: What can I say... when we go, we feel right at home. Stefano at the console delights us with so many freshly made delicacies. In the fridge, you'll find a variety of beers unlike anything you've ever seen. Definitely worth returning to... or rather, returning again...
05/10/2025: For me, it remains THE pizzeria in Gioia. The last one left is truly good, with a truly fair quality-price ratio, in fact! A guarantee, extremely friendly staff, delicious pizzas, soft, juicy and never dry or burnt, a variety of ingredients, and always new monthly specials.

11/10/2025: The first time I was satisfied but this time not at all because the baked potatoes with their skins on were very salty and the chicken was dry with almost no skin.
07/10/2025: This is so good! There were 12 customers in the shop. Fast service. Perfect al forno potatoes. Well cooked with rosemary and a touch of salt. Order the hot sauce with it. Seven chicken pieces on the bone from the grill, better than the fried ones. I paid 16 euros, which was more than enough for two people. Lepanto is a nice neighborhood in the evening, too. It was too windy to search for restaurants on the street. This was a godsend.

Service is average, a little slow.
Beautiful industrial-style atmosphere, very well-kept and clean.
Super good food. I'm talking about the burgers, a little smaller than in the past, but for the price, it's fair.
I recommend it 100%!

I lived in the US for three years, and they're about as good as the burgers there are.
The prices are more than fair, too.

19/09/2025: I ordered American fries and they gave me rectangular ones. You can't fool me. The lady could have said they're out of stock. I'd change my order now.

01/11/2025: Unfortunately, my experience wasn't a positive one. My order arrived about 20 minutes late, and the food was already cold. The burger, which I'd ordered rare, was completely raw inside. The mozzarella balls were destroyed, and the beef strips were cold and flavorless. The only decent thing was the flavor of the bun, even though it was quite small. All things considered, I don't think I'll order from this place again.
12/10/2025: Even though we were sitting at the restaurant, the sandwich arrived cold and a little dry.

02/12/2025: Good food, quality of raw materials and professional and above all polite service, ideal environment for a dinner and post-dinner both as a couple or in company, the only flaw was that the meat in the burgers which on the plate was tending to be cold, overall a more than positive experience

10/07/2025: The staff was a little rude, and it's unacceptable to pay 50 cents for coffee.
18/06/2025: Had the bacon and eggs. Eggs were only offered one way (sunny side up) but we're prepared well. Bacon was ok - if you prefer crispy bacon you will be disappointed.
Overall it was nice if you want something other than just a pastry and want some protein with your breakfast.
Good value for the price.
