11/08/2025: I've dined at this restaurant several times, even at the New Year's Eve dinner. It's become one of my favorite restaurants. The food is excellent! The location is beautiful, I can't help but give it 5 stars!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

27/07/2025: Timeout has been a burger institution in Bari and its province for years, with a revolutionary concept perfect for European Cup nights and sports weekends: combining delicious sandwiches with the big match/game of the moment. Since 2014, however, something has broken down in the mechanism that once worked perfectly: the food quality is no longer the same as in the early years (I'd say it's roughly gone down after 2018), with raw materials that seem worse and the quality of the dishes has declined. The attention to service also seems to have deteriorated, with very long wait times and often some minor order errors or confusion between orders from different tables by the waiters. Overall, it still manages to get a passing grade, although I'd really like a return to its former glory. On the contrary, it still holds up well for the variety of menu options and the unique atmosphere, thanks to the possibility of watching the sporting events I mentioned at the beginning of the review. Please take a small step back in the right direction!

05/04/2025: Pollo veramente buono, patate croccanti e fritte divinamente. Niente a che vedere con i soliti fast food sia a livello di qualità che a livello di quantità di cibo. Prezzi giustissimi. Location da rivedere, ma comunque ci ritornerò.

18/05/2025: Second time I order from this sandwich shop…but never again, poor quality product and full of old oil, hard bread, chips were definitely reheated. Not a reliable place to eat a simple sandwich, slow service and rude staff..if there was the option to put 0 stars I would have put it.

22/04/2025: If there is a place where every bite is a small revolution, it is Degu Ham. The burger I tried - and which I can now easily define as "my absolute favourite" - is a concentration of taste, quality and passion. The meat is cooked to perfection, juicy and tasty, with that light external crust that makes the difference. The bread? Soft on the inside and slightly toasted on the outside, it holds everything together without ever becoming mushy. Every ingredient – ​​from the melted cheese to the sauce In short, it's not just a sandwich: it is an experience. If you haven't tried it yet, you are truly missing out on something special. Kudos to Degu Ham for raising the bar. Rating: 10/10. I'll be back, and I'll do it again with hunger.

10/07/2025: The staff was a little rude, and it's unacceptable to pay 50 cents for coffee.

18/06/2025: Had the bacon and eggs. Eggs were only offered one way (sunny side up) but we're prepared well. Bacon was ok - if you prefer crispy bacon you will be disappointed. Overall it was nice if you want something other than just a pastry and want some protein with your breakfast. Good value for the price.

09/05/2025: Excellent place in every respect: welcoming environment, impeccable service and excellent dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, attentive and always available, while the owner stands out for his professionalism and great hospitality. Every detail is taken care of with passion. Absolutely recommended!

19/08/2025: I have to change my review since my last one because the service has deteriorated significantly. Extremely long wait times (in the evening). The last time I had a pizza (which was good), I was seated and waited over 35-40 minutes for them to take my order. Lots of customers (waiting) and not enough staff to serve.

08/08/2025: Overall, the food was good and the staff were polite. The problem is the prices: paying €38 for two pizzas, a fries, and water is way too much for me. I recommend checking the menu to avoid any surprises. I won't be returning, though...
