11/05/2026: The worst experience I've had at an OWW. We arrived at 12:00 PM and the place was still empty. Despite this, our order was taken 20 minutes later, along with three other tables in our area who arrived at the same time. Our food was served AFTER the other three tables. Of the food we ordered, the ribs tasted rancid (like poorly preserved meat). After an initial, feeble defense from the waitress, they replaced our dish with something else. We didn't order dessert because no waiter came to our table within 20 minutes of clearing our plates. We had to ask for the dessert included in the children's menu at the cashier when we received the bill. Terrible organization at the tables and in the kitchen.

11/05/2026: We had lunch yesterday; they served people who arrived first. I don't know what the criteria was, but the ribs were dry and tasted rancid. They definitely hadn't been prepared that morning, as the waitress claimed.

28/05/2026: Excellent venue, new, spacious, and clean. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent food and excellent value. Our waiter, Davide, was kind and professional. Highly recommended!

24/05/2026: The food and atmosphere were excellent, but Davide's service made the evening perfect. We'll definitely be back (at least to say hello to Davide).
