01/04/2024: This evening I was refused an order at mec drive just because there was a 60 euro order in front of me while waiting in line for free. And it wasn't even closing time, there were still 5 minutes to go.

31/03/2024: Visited on New Year's Eve 2023 and everything ok. The positives are that they were open, to begin with, then that the food was very good (not in all McDonald's it is...), that it wasn't overpriced, as it usually is in large station McDonald's, etc., and that the staff were quite friendly and helpful, even though they were working on the last day of the year. The only slightly negative thing is the fact that they put ice (which creates volume) and, what's more, they don't provide a straw, unless requested, so you can't drink because your teeth freeze...

10/03/2024: Every time I come to the crane with the children (5 times a year) the display for collection never works, thus creating chaos everywhere

03/04/2024: Amazing experience! 1:10 to receive a steak cooked as best as possible and a completely average mixed grill. Sin! Staff "on the ball" due to the unexpected influx on Easter Monday... Oh well... A positive note is that the drinks were offered. In any case, in my opinion, the management of the place must intervene in order to put its staff in the best working conditions.

21/03/2024: Unfortunately the place is getting worse and worse. First, the sandwich included some delicious chips. Then they changed them, subsequently the side dish was excluded from the sandwich and you pay separately. The sandwiches often arrive cold on the outside, they just warm up the meat. And finally, for each table you are entitled to only one portion of Nachos, the second one you now have to pay for.

01/04/2024: McDonald's Rivoli, the same as many other MCs, nothing special, for the first time in her life I brought my 90 year old mother along, she appreciated the place and the food. Despite his senile dementia he told me that he would like to return. I'll bring it back sooner or later.

24/03/2024: I was happy to bring my parents to taste the Roadhouse menu since they had never been there. I don't think I'll be going back for a while either, at least at this point. Great food but not like other Roadhouses I've tried. Confusing and uninviting service and staff, in fact they first got our drinks wrong, then the girls' menus and finally we had to wait over 40 minutes for 4 coffees.

09/03/2024: Second visit to this Roadhouse. Excellent meat cooked well, fairly quick service considering the volume of customers. Price in line, we will return again.
