07/07/2024: The quality is always the same, what makes the difference (negatively) is probably the lack of staff.... 15 minutes waiting for a coffee, in the end I gave up and drank it (in an instant) at the Esselunga bar ....
07/07/2024: Time for perfect food delivery, but standing at the counter for 20 minutes to get coffee without anyone watching seems too excessive to me. Feeling impatient, I went out to drink coffee at the Esselunga nearby.
They can drink the coffee already paid for!!!!

17/01/2025: They are unreliable in the drive service a couple of times less cash change... and today I booked the drive and arrived home with one less sandwich...
11/01/2025: Dirty environment, I had to have my wife's coffee spoon changed because it was dirty, I didn't drink the juice in the glass because it was also dirty, pastry from the previous day. Usually MCs are perfect, I don't recommend this.

20/07/2024: We waited a very long time for the order. We waited 20 minutes for the burger. Burger 🍔 dry cutlets. Not good.
The potatoes 🍟 were soft, long cooked, and not tasty. The savory nuggets were delicious.

25/03/2024: buongiorno, ieri 24 marzo siamo stati da voi per pranzare in famiglia ,ho subito sentito uno strano sapore dell'acqua ferrarelle da mezzo litro .ho fatto presente al dipendente ma non ha saputo dare risposta !!arrivata a casa mi sono accorta che l'acqua era scaduta da luglio 2023 complimenti!!!🤬toglietela dalla vendita!!!
27/01/2024: Inizio con dire che dopo una lunga attesa ci hanno fatto accomodare,
Quando hanno portato quello che avevamo ordinato era tutto sbagliato e freddo, personale confuso e disorientato e molto lento l'unica cosa veloce,quando ci siamo alzati per pagare, arrivando alla cassa il conto era già pronto.
Questa era la prima volta e anche l'ultima, non torneremo mai più
