02/04/2024: Made a table for Easter Monday, we had a good time

31/03/2024: We arrive for lunch on weekdays, about fifteen people, a semi-empty place. The girl who takes our orders is kind, but the dishes all arrive staggered over 20 minutes and at least a third are wrong... never mind, we eat them anyway otherwise we'll have to wait another half hour. We go to the cash register to start paying, but there are only two options: either pay everything in cash or pay separately but with a Roman dividend. Paying everyone their share with a debit card is impossible, "the cashier won't let you do it". We ask for a proforma in order to collect the money but the printer mysteriously 'cannot print'. We wanted to pay each his own but never mind, let's start paying our dues. And here is the first miracle: the printer prints individual receipts! However, halfway through the bill we realize that we are being charged for coffees and menus that none of us had taken. Panic among the cashiers... three of them arrive with desperate looks and then, after conversing in a low voice, they say that we had started paying for the wrong table (but there were no other tables for 15 people). No problem, we ask to cancel the extra things, but even that cannot be done because "by now you have already started paying, but don't worry because your table would have been €20 more than the total". At which point, given the queue that had formed behind us, we resigned ourselves to paying for a table that wasn't ours. Patience, second miracle: we are still saving €20! It's a shame that once we get home we calmly do the math again: morally they cheated us of at least 35 euros... Sushi next time!

15/03/2024: We came to this place for dinner, getting the wrong sandwich I asked the girl if it could be changed, I was rightly told no and that the dishes were made "on the spot". My boyfriend had very cold toast, we pointed it out and we were rudely told "I'll heat it up for you", a dirty and messy place, monitors out of order and rude staff. I won't go back.

24/12/2023: Wide variety of beers and a great menu. The burgers and dishes are tasty.

07/04/2024: Nice place in the central square of Chieri. The trio of raw meat was excellent, while the Bolognese hamburger was too heavy, with the meat also overcooked. Easy parking in a large square 3 minutes walk away.

02/04/2024: I went to this restaurant yesterday, Easter Monday. The menu included a platter with cold cuts, croutons, omelettes, MAXI grilled meat with salad, water and wine. Price €35. When I arrived I asked if it was possible to have 2 potatoes instead of salad because I don't eat salad. I was told that the waitress would have informed me as it would have been necessary to tell them first because they prepare these things first. Ok mea culpa that I didn't I had warned before. I inquired, and I was then told that it was possible to have them but I would have to pay for them separately. Already here... quite a non-entrepreneurial mentality because if ONE person out of 8 asks for 2 potatoes instead of a salad... you'll understand that it costs more for the restaurant... okay... I said okay I'll pay for it separately. The striking part was the MAXI grill... ONE slice of capocollo, ONE skewer, ONE rib, ONE sausage. Now... I understand that it's Easter Monday so the price is a little more expensive compared to the quantity... but... being already a SINGLE DISH at least it had to consist of a super abundant dish!!!! Without coffee, not even dessert and 4 pieces of meat!!!!! And by 4 I mean 4!!!! The other restaurants with 35/37 euros gave a menu with appetizers, first course, second course, side dish, water, covered coffee and dessert!!!! I understand all the price increases for meat on holidays, but 4 pieces of meat at around 8 euros each is unacceptable. I forgot 2 platters of cold cuts for 8 people!!!! Obviously no one was full, we left there and went to eat something else. Obviously they told me where you took us, making me and the restaurant look very bad. The choice is yours whether to go or not.
