31/01/2025: I discovered Victor Steak House thanks to my masseur Marco and I couldn't be happier I did! The menu is complete and offers a vast choice that satisfies every palate: from grilled meats to succulent burgers, up to delicious pizzas. The quality of the meats and produce is exceptional, and the craft beers and selected wines complement the experience perfectly. Each dish is a feast for the senses! Well deserved 5 stars!

14/01/2025: The meat dishes and burgers are of excellent quality as are the desserts. The service is impeccable, attentive to the needs of all customers. Possibility to dine outdoors, on the terrace, in the summer. The place is new and well furnished.

28/09/2024: We had been to this restaurant previously, when it was still the Barbisa trattoria. Now it's still them but with a different name, even if the name of the restaurant is unchanged on the internet and the old menu is still available. The first time we had a pretty good time, even if some dishes were absolutely not up to the price offered. When we returned the second time we discovered that the menu had been changed and that they no longer made pizza. In conclusion we ate an overcooked risotto with lots of cheese (it was requested not to cream the risotto with butter/cheese). The pappardelle with wild boar ragout was really heavy, it felt like I was eating mostly fat and oil. These last two dishes arrived 1 hour after ordering. Finally, the mixed fried food ordered was soft and salty. Personally we were very disappointed, also because the prices have increased a lot since the last time, without improving the cuisine and the experience it leaves for the customer.

28/08/2024: I was there about 1 year ago and had great, really delicious food, and tomorrow after a year I'll be back.
