03/12/2024: We had a great time, a business dinner which turned into a family evening thanks to the super qualified staff but above all to the very helpful and friendly manager without neglecting the quality of the food. Highly recommended place, 10 and praise
02/12/2024: The two stars are perhaps exaggerated, but I am a customer who comes often and recently I have noticed a big change in the environment. Distracted waiters, including the manager, in fact I would say rather hasty even when the restaurant was empty, (you leave the plate down and without looking at me or making sure it was the right one you leave, considering that I had asked for extra sauce and dish in advance which I had to ask for several times) “bha”. I returned the following week and with the restaurant full, but not very full, the situation has worsened, waiters are even less attentive, they get details wrong in the order such as (bring the starters and main courses together, or change the sauce) in short, there is clear lack of tranquility of the staff even in the most experienced. Then while I'm paying I hear the manager ask for clarification on some complaints from other customers, demonstrating the confusion that reigns. Before there was more attention, from the extra plate brought right to the towels for the ribs etc. Maybe I was too used to it before.

21/08/2024: I went last night with my child, it was the first time we had dinner in this place, what can I say, very kind staff, we ordered and everything arrived within about ten minutes. We will return for sure.

Nice and clean environment, external and internal possibilities.
Good suggestions on the menu.
A lot of attention from the waiters but slow in the delivery of the dishes (excellent taste though).
07/07/2024: A wonderful place, I always come to eat with a partner of mine, we have fajitas and wine and have a nice evening. Friendly and helpful staff. It's very nice to be outside in the summer. Beautiful plants. Beautiful lights.

28/09/2024: We had been to this restaurant previously, when it was still the Barbisa trattoria.
Now it's still them but with a different name, even if the name of the restaurant is unchanged on the internet and the old menu is still available.
The first time we had a pretty good time, even if some dishes were absolutely not up to the price offered.
When we returned the second time we discovered that the menu had been changed and that they no longer made pizza.
In conclusion we ate an overcooked risotto with lots of cheese (it was requested not to cream the risotto with butter/cheese).
The pappardelle with wild boar ragout was really heavy, it felt like I was eating mostly fat and oil.
These last two dishes arrived 1 hour after ordering.
Finally, the mixed fried food ordered was soft and salty.
Personally we were very disappointed, also because the prices have increased a lot since the last time, without improving the cuisine and the experience it leaves for the customer.
28/08/2024: I was there about 1 year ago and had great, really delicious food, and tomorrow after a year I'll be back.

15/12/2024: I've eaten in several "oww" places, but in this one, the flavor of the food has an extra plus point, such as taste and cooking.
The service was fast and very courteous, last (but not least) I found this place very clean everywhere.
21/11/2024: Always a very positive experience, however sometimes in autumn and winter cold air arrives from outside as it is close to the entrance.

02/08/2024: Tutto ottimo e i ragazzi e il titolare gentilissimi e pronti ad ogni esigenza. In pochi per le ferie dei colleghi, ma con la sala piena hanno saputo servire tutti egregiamente. Complimenti. Veramente un gruppo fantastico e il cibo ottimo, abbondante e cucinato magistralmente. A prestissimo.....
23/07/2024: Not good experience. Terrible value for money. Chips arrived cold and stale and sandwich that was supposed to have bacon arrived without. Asked for a coffee that never arrived. I definitely won't go back.

01/07/2024: I love eating at OWW. Very good food, very nice staff towards us, I will absolutely return. Strategic place being outside the shopping center and next to the cinema, disco bar. The prices are slightly high but for once in a while you can indulge!

13/06/2024: MC drive at 10.30pm no one in front but 5 minutes to be able to order due to "reset checkout" ok it can fit, but three sandwiches out of three cold ice creams.... cheese from the fridge. The cicken mcnuggets in the bag placed inside out and half open so much so that some were lying around..... terrible
05/06/2024: I went today, Wednesday 5 June, they got the burger wrong again, I asked for the coca-cola without ice and they delivered it to McDrive with ice. I asked for the straw twice because it wasn't in the bag, not because I want to be an assistant. in the end they didn't give it to me... Obviously it wasn't in the bag... Definitely inefficient. Out of 3 menus they got 2 wrong. Long waits in queue.
