30/01/2025: I am a very picky person when it comes to food. Anyone who knows me knows this: my choices are always considered, and hardly anything really surprises me. Yet, I have to say that the hamburger at Mauri left me speechless.
I went with my family the other day and we tried different sandwiches. One vegan, one classic (with a surprising twist: a piece of apple inside), and another chosen by my son. I must say that the quality of the products can be felt from the first bite. The bread was exceptional, not at all poor quality as I have often experienced elsewhere. The ingredients were fresh, well balanced and the attention to detail was evident.
But beyond the food, what struck me was the experience as a whole: a spotlessly clean, well-organized place, friendly and professional staff, and above all a welcoming atmosphere. Mauri himself is uniquely kind, and you can see that he works with passion.
Finally, the price. Very honest for the quality offered, in fact, I would have paid even more without any problems.
In short, if you are looking for a burger done properly, with genuine ingredients and impeccable service, Mauri is the right place. Highly recommended!

01/03/2025: Paid a lot, ate badly on 4 burgers, 3 were wrong, I asked for a rare cut and a well-cooked cut arrived, out of 6 people at the table no one left satisfied, average cost per person of €55, absolutely not worth what you spend, not recommended
01/03/2025: My boyfriend and I went there at opening time asking to drink a couple of beers and eat some appetizers, but we were told that it wasn't possible as it was a place used only for catering and not for aperitifs. We would have also been satisfied with a seat at the counter and who knows, after the appetizers we could have continued with dinner. Embarrassing

26/03/2025: We ordered two vegan burgers, after half an hour they came back to tell us that they were out of stock but they brought us the beers, not giving us the opportunity to change places. In the end we got two pizzas which were burnt and overpriced (14€ each, with poor mushroom topping). Finally they tried to scam us by making us pay more and didn't even apologize.
17/03/2025: If you are looking for a pizzeria where you can eat exceptional pizza and feel at home, this is the right place! The dough is light and digestible, the ingredients are very fresh and of high quality. Every bite is an explosion of authentic flavours!
The wine is also excellent, perfect to accompany dinner. But the real added value are the owners: kind, friendly and always attentive to customers, they make the atmosphere warm and welcoming.
A place where I will definitely return and which I recommend to all lovers of good pizza!

16/03/2025: Experience never to be repeated again. I had expressly asked (several times) their assistant at the tables that the hamburger meat not be prepared raw for me, the result? Rare meat, and frozen ingredients (salad, cheddar, tomato...). Asked for and received a repley (unfortunately with ingredients always frozen inside...). My wife the same, meat defrosted badly, and sandwich almost cold. €72 for three meals, should at least be a satisfying experience. Final joke: the lady's toothy smile during the greetings, and the classic phrase "did everything go well?"...
Embarrassing.

The industrial format guarantees constant quality and style, perfect for those looking for meat prepared in a certain way, defined service times and efficiency, with a few welcoming touches. I found exactly what I expected, with no surprises or disappointments. There is nothing else to ask for here, and rightly so.
08/03/2025: A week ago we ate a rib-eye and a teriyaki bowl with battered vegetables, both good. We returned, the teriyaki bowl is now a simple rice dish with cooked vegetables.
The placemat under the plate depicts the dessert, which is in the photo, the indicated price is €4.90. So I think that "everything" dessert costs like this. Instead I discover on the receipt that they charge for the ice cream separately. It's a small thing but you have to write that the price of the ice cream is extra.

02/11/2024: Good food but staff that absolutely need to be changed I would say, the way they behave is shameful, absolutely incompetent and rude, we ate the food cold because the girls were busy minding their own business and they also got annoyed because we asked for a drink, judge for yourself

15/03/2025: The ambience is great, but unfortunately it was cold to sit inside and therefore uncomfortable (March).
The burgers - unfortunately a waste of money. The meat was so well cooked that it was VERY dry - even ketchup didn't help. A burger joint should be able to prepare burgers properly. It's a shame, we won't be coming back.
24/02/2025: Dry burger and the flavor of the meat seemed to have passed. Bacon badly cooked. Poor quality food. Good draft beer.
The environment does not give the impression of being a clean place. I don't recommend it and I wouldn't go back. The lady who served us was very kind.
