30/01/2025: I am a very picky person when it comes to food. Anyone who knows me knows this: my choices are always considered, and hardly anything really surprises me. Yet, I have to say that the hamburger at Mauri left me speechless. I went with my family the other day and we tried different sandwiches. One vegan, one classic (with a surprising twist: a piece of apple inside), and another chosen by my son. I must say that the quality of the products can be felt from the first bite. The bread was exceptional, not at all poor quality as I have often experienced elsewhere. The ingredients were fresh, well balanced and the attention to detail was evident. But beyond the food, what struck me was the experience as a whole: a spotlessly clean, well-organized place, friendly and professional staff, and above all a welcoming atmosphere. Mauri himself is uniquely kind, and you can see that he works with passion. Finally, the price. Very honest for the quality offered, in fact, I would have paid even more without any problems. In short, if you are looking for a burger done properly, with genuine ingredients and impeccable service, Mauri is the right place. Highly recommended!

26/01/2025: La location è davvero piacevole e il cibo di alta qualità. Puoi personalizzare il tuo hamburger in ogni dettaglio, scegliendo il tipo di pane, carne e decine di ingredienti extra. Probabilmente uno dei migliori hamburger della zona. I prezzi sono in linea con la media locale. L'unico inconveniente della serata è stato durante il pagamento, quando ci è stato comunicato che non erano ammessi pagamenti separati e che il conto doveva essere saldato in un'unica soluzione. In un'epoca in cui i pagamenti elettronici sono la norma e molti non portano più contante (fortunatamente), questa politica risulta decisamente poco pratica. Un membro del nostro gruppo ha dovuto pagare l'intero importo con la carta (piuttosto elevato, visto che eravamo in molti) e successivamente abbiamo dovuto fare bonifici per restituirgli la nostra parte. Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, la cassiera, in modo poco cortese, ha risposto che era troppo occupata per gestire più pagamenti, poiché doveva preparare le bevande. Spero che la direzione riveda questa regola, che risulta poco comoda ai giorni nostri. Peccato!

23/12/2024: I ordered a vegan sandwich with chips which, compared to the other person with me, was very disappointing and there was only bread in volume. The burger tasted only of peppers (not indicated on the menu given that for a vegan burger one would expect a worthy beyond meat type), the caramelized onions were two miserable little pieces as big as the thumbnail that I found in the paciugo between the guacamole and the small piece of lettuce on the bottom of the bread, the top part of the bread was empty and dry and the whole thing was tasteless and stringy. The potatoes are good but for €5 you would expect a larger portion of four slices plus the seasoning of your choice for them (paprika, salt, rosemary etc...) they make you pay a whopping €2.50 separately € and IT IS NOT MARKED. I was wrong not to point it out immediately because I'm sorry about the waste but if you propose a cuisine you have to know how to do it otherwise it's just business. The quality is good but everything else needs to be improved given that you spend around €14/16 for a hamburger!

10/02/2025: The format is the same as franchising. The chaos that is always present in the place and the furnishings that are now a little dated for use leave something to be desired. In my opinion, the fact that it is open along the sides towards the corridors of the shopping center does not help
