So even in the event of a service disruption, delays of more than 3 hours, or orders never delivered, you'll never see your money back. And if you call the restaurant for an explanation, hours between calls, they'll always tell you (from the first calls to the last) "we're leaving now," so the blame for not waiting long enough always falls on you and you don't deserve a refund.
