16/10/2024: Edit 2 years later: changing from 5 to 3 stars overall. Very LOUD music, very young staff, focus on tourists who will never come back, so they don't care if service is good or not.
2022: I used to be out and about in town every day pre-pandemic. Pep’s always had the best sandwiches: tramezzini with really generous ham! (Not just “decorative” ham and then lots of lettuce). Sandwiches here are made for hungry people who don’t have much time to sit around! always fresh ingredients.
Post pandemic, I’m happier than ever to confirm: still excellent quality, good value for money and very kind and patient staff, who speak English. Sunny tables perfect for a Saturday brunch.

Confusion and disorganization reign supreme.
Well below the standards of all other Burger Kings.
Prices too high for products that have become inferior and tasteless.

30/11/2024: Siamo andati per un aperitivo, a parte il vino in bottiglia buono, anche se prezzo esagerato, noi abbiamo ordinato 2 crostini, sono arrivati 2 rodoletti, pane orrendo, prosciutto crudo immangiabile.
