We show up for lunch on Saturday around 2.00pm and we are told that the place is closed for lunch

04/02/2024: There were many people, none of us were happy with the service and the food. Sandwiches arrived cold on the outside, the meat was greasy, the chips were undercooked. Long waiting times.

05/11/2023: Bel posto e come tutti gli oww cibo buono ma personale terribile. Mi sono imbattuta in un orario sicuramente difficile in quanto pieno orario di pranzo, ma con tavoli vuoti e non prenotati nessuno del personale ci ha degnato di uno sguardo. Solo dopo aver fermato una dipendente, dopo circa 30 minuti di attesa, chiedendole il motivo per il quale non ci facesse sedere nonostante i tavoli vuoti ci ha chiesto in modo spacciato e arrogante “mi mostri quali tavoli” è una volta indicati ci risponde dicendo che non erano pronti (in questi ristoranti apparecchiare significa mettere come tovaglietta il menù cartaceo e le posate con un tovagliolo sotto). Al momento dell’ ordinazione cameriera non troppo educata ma è il meno.

It's not clear to me whether it's gourmet, let's say the food isn't bad, although I don't think it's anything particularly exceptional, especially compared to the prices (it seems expensive to me... Sandwich and chips, no drink, nothing else, about 13 €) and considering that the customization of the product is minimal (you can remove what is wrong, an unforeseen addition, from what I understand).
There is basically no service, even if you eat there it's all in paper containers; I would also recommend being more eloquent to the cashier (ex: "find photo at the top right", "would you like a drink in addition to ...", etc...).
The place is minimal, a handful of seats, it's more of a takeaway place.
Parking is only there in theory: I don't know if it's possible to find a hole with reasonable ease.
Let's say that I think it's worth trying only if you're nearby, go there specifically, no more than yes.

31/12/2023: Siamo tornati in questo locale per una serata di coppia e come sempre staff professionale e preparati, piatti di ottima fattura e qualità ottima.
11/11/2023: Ristorante all’interno dell’hotel Bentivoglio, nuovissima gestione. Personale molto cordiale e professionale, un plauso al cameriere in sala simpatico e disponibile verso il cliente. Tagliatelle con ragù alla bolognese perfette, dalla cottura della pasta al ragù come fatto in casa. Da provare anche la carne frollata molto molto gustosa. Prezzo più che onesto. Fanno anche serate con musica dal vivo. Consigliato
