06/04/2024: We had a very good time, especially thanks to Karim who immediately noticed that the ribs they brought us were undercooked and made us change them, a really good waiter.

03/04/2024: I find myself writing a review that I didn't want to write. Unfortunately, the staff was not competent, in fact it was incorrect and items that should not have been there were debited from the account. At the beginning of dinner I ask the waiter if it was possible to change the sauce of a sandwich, The waiter says that it is not possible to make changes to the menu but if they wanted they could bring me a separate sauce, instead of the one that was present in the sandwich. Rereading the bill, the separate sauce that was supposed to replace the original one was charged. In addition to this, others happened during dinner that make me say that the service is really bad. I'm not surprised to have found the place practically empty.

02/04/2024: everything is always fine at the mc, but someone fires the one who comes to clean the floors with the machine who cleans next to you and while you eat the smell rises up and he doesn't even clean well since he leaves the foam around.

27/03/2024: Good service (we waited a bit long) but terrible food for the dish I had, the rooster. It was clearly reheated, not fresh and completely burnt on one side. I could only eat the two thighs and one wing because I was so hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. The rest was absolutely inedible. When I told the cashier I was told that I had to send it back intact and that their cockerel is made like this (no comment) The other dishes are decent but not up to the price.

06/04/2024: The meat quality of the tomahawk was incredibly good! It was the recommendation of our Albanian professional who works in service there. This person is hard to beat when it comes to friendliness. Even 5 days after the first visit, he could remember everything we ate there on the first evening, without exception. Despite the large number of restaurants in Bergamo, we deliberately chose this restaurant a second time for our final dinner on the last evening. On the second evening, all the recommendations were excellent.

07/04/2024: It is a very well-known fast-food chain. In my opinion this one has a much better choice of meat than others.

04/04/2024: We had lunch on April 4, 2024, arriving at around 3:00 pm, immediately greeted with a smile by the staff who promptly received us from the door with wheelchair access. They immediately placed us in a place with no draft. It's not the first time we've come here. We returned not only for the tasty dishes but also for the great kindness of all the staff. 07/05/2024: It's a nice place but they've lagged a bit on the cleanliness of the environment and bathrooms which I think is important... But better than others nearby

14/03/2024: The place is very large and allows you to order everything from "appetizers", to club sandwiches, to burgers with chips, to salads, to pizzas, to desserts. Possibility to order the beer tap up to 3 liters so as to serve your favorite beer independently at the table. The pizzas (only 3 alternatives) are not from a "pizzeria", but they are very tasty. Other great features: 1) free reserved parking, in front of the venue (in the car wash area) 2) inside the restaurant there is a "playroom", a room reserved for children complete with a "supervisor", so that they can play together rather than sit at the table and get bored. The prices are in line with other similar places (with €20 you leave satisfied, but you can spend even less) Finally, there is the possibility of seeing the evening matches broadcast on the various televisions located in the various areas of the venue. Very courteous and welcoming staff.

23/03/2024: 40 minutes to have a simple Happy M., minutes that gave me the opportunity to see a kitchen in chaos, where all the customers in line with me had to claim their number to receive their order. Not to mention the contents of the bag, something is always missing (like tonight, but they assured me that everything was there) or some sandwich is wrong. My criticism doesn't go to the kids but to those who manage the store.
