21/02/2026: Truly an excellent experience!
The atmosphere was very welcoming, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere: it wasn't too noisy and the ambiance was truly comfortable, which is not a given. There's also a very pleasant outdoor area, perfect for a quiet al fresco meal.
The food is excellent, with traditional dishes prepared with great care and using the freshest ingredients.
An added bonus is definitely the owner, who is very kind, helpful, and attentive to his customers, making you feel at home.
20/02/2026: I've been coming to this place for over ten years during the truffle festival. What can I say? The owners are kind and friendly, as is the rest of the staff. Excellent food and very competitive prices. Try it, you won't regret it.

09/03/2026: Trattoria with excellent food, with dishes like pici and tagliatelle with truffles, a delicacy, a special truffle omelette, and a very good roast lamb. The dessert was excellent, the price was just right for the quality and quantity.!!!!!
09/03/2026: A simple but welcoming trattoria. Very good food and generous portions. Flavorful dishes. I had the primo del priore with trout, porcini mushrooms, and truffle (a strange but interesting combination), followed by the tenderloin with truffle, which was delicious and tender. Fairly priced.

13/10/2025: An excellent restaurant in Castelluccio di Norcia. Traditional cuisine, well-prepared and with interesting, high-quality ingredients, and attentive and friendly service. The price is right for the quantity and quality.
I recommend booking.
16/09/2025: It's always nice to return to Castelluccio, especially if you eat at places like this. Everything was perfect. Exceptional dishes. We had various appetizers, and the choice was perfect. The first course was excellent. I recommend calling to eat.

28/02/2026: The owner is super kind and helpful. The location is beautiful and super close to the center of Norcia. We were there for the truffle festival, and it was just steps away from the start of the stalls.
Regarding the pub downstairs, it doesn't cause any disturbance or anything else.
Bonus points for the parking below the room.
03/02/2026: This B&B is in an excellent location for reaching the center of Norcia.
Maurizio is a kind and attentive host. The rooms are cozy and tastefully furnished, and everything inside works perfectly. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy our experience, even though we had been warned about the noise. The pub below our room caused us considerable inconvenience with late-night noise and excessively loud music from 11:00 PM until 2:30 AM, when we were forced to alert the police, who intervened at 3:00 AM due to disturbances.
At that point, we heard the police arguing with the owners of the establishment, who finally brought the volume down to a comfortable level. However, we continued to hear the music from our room until 4:30 AM.
It's a shame, because if this establishment had shown more respect, the establishment would be excellent and our experience would have been more than positive. However, until then, unfortunately, staying here is not recommended.
We're truly sorry for Maurizio, and we hope they can resolve this unfortunate situation soon.

08/07/2025: L'ospitalità di Mariella è da 10 e lode. Camere pulite e lenzuola ricamate, ricche colazioni e gustose cene a base di piatti tradizionali sono il risultato della passione e professionalità che Mariella mette nella gestione del suo agriturismo. Consigliatissimo!!!

30/03/2025: Siamo ritornati dopo diverso tempo e abbiamo trovato le stesse ottime cose, accoglienza, qualità delle pietanze, cura, pulizia, attenzione.
Gnocchi e Pappardelle alla Castellucciana, Sacrpetta e Formaggi al forno, Dolci di ricotta e caffè....superlativi, buon vino buona genziana e buon conto.

16/02/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in questo locale per tre volte tra fine gennaio e febbraio prima di scrivere questa recensione. Questo per poter essere certi che la bellissima impressione avuta inizialmente, fosse poi confermata nel tempo.
La cucina è veramente Castellucciana, le pietanze sono preparate con prodotti locali e naturali (che si possono anche acquistare nel locale).
Sia i primi piatti che i dolci preparati con la ricotta sono veramente speciali.
Si mangia con vista sul Monte Vettore e su Pian Grande (impagabile).
Elemento molto importante, da non trascurare nella scelta dei locali dove si va per rilassarsi e godersi qualche emozione, è la gentilezza e la simpatia dei due titolari sia durante il pasto ma anche in fase di prenotazione del tavolo.
Credo sia una tappa imperdibile in un giro da quelle parti.
È consigliato prenotare perché il locale non è molto grande (anche se credo che con la primavera metteranno anche dei tavoli all'esterno).
C'è anche un'area di parcheggio al di sotto del ristorante stesso.

03/04/2025: Personale gentile, solo un po frettoloso, abbiamo comprato 2 prosciutti ma purtroppo la provienza delle carni risulta UE da etichetta, salami buoni ma commerciali in quanto contenenti conservanti di tipo E e budello sintetico.
30/03/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un tagliere di salumi e formaggi , abbiamo finito facendo spesa!!!
Ho festeggiato qui il mio compleanno in modo dove dal solito e ne sono contento ottimi prodotti e tanta cortesia ! Se passate da Norcia fermatevi ne vale la pena !!!
