14/01/2025: We ate really well, we took the platter with some really good local cured meats and cheeses produced by them and it was also possible to buy them. I recommend getting their apple pie if I think about it I can still taste the taste in my mouth. Environment also suitable for children as it is a farm with animals.

06/01/2025: Super characteristic stone place with very kind and super efficient waiters. I absolutely recommend the platter of cured meats and cold cuts, delicious, especially accompanied with fennel bread/creker, sublime! The gnocchi are also very good and the goulash with dumplings is excellent. Super generous portions, shame we weren't able to taste the desserts. Average prices given the portions

08/10/2024: Immer wenn wir in Kaltern Urlaub machen, gehen wir mindestens jeden 2. Abend im Fischerkeller essen. Das Essen ist südtirolisch gutbürgerlich und super lecker!! Der Inhaber und sein Team sind gut drauf, sehr flott und machen alles möglich, selbst wenn man keinen Tisch reserviert hat (sollte man aber besser tun). Die Knödel sind mega lecker, das Gulasch ist der Hammer! Aber auch das Carpaccio sucht seinesgleichen. Hier wird Preis-Leistung groß geschrieben. Interessant sind auch die großen Tische, hier kommt man schnell mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch. Im Sommer sitzt man auch sehr schön draußen im Garten! 11/11/2024: Cené aquí con amigos en mi primera noche en Torbole, una noche entre semana. Hice una reserva que nos permitió saltarnos la larga fila al frente. El personal era muy amable y extrovertido, nuestro camarero era encantador y hablaba inglés bien. Amplio menú y mesero recomendado vino que resultó ser excelente. El ambiente era agradable a pesar de que el lugar estaba ocupado. La calidad de la comida era muy buena y el precio bastante razonable. Disfruté de un plato sampler con pasta, pollo y un plato pesto, estaba sabroso! En general, una experiencia gastronómica maravillosa.

20/10/2024: We throughly enjoyed our stay at Seele Garda Hotel. They really treated us like family. We were nervous coming from a different part of the world and we had some concerns, but the place, staff and the view was the best part of our stay for our 20th anniversary. 04/01/2025: My girlfriend and I ate here 3 times and I must say that the food is excellent, the quality is felt on the palate. Super hospitality and service, they make you feel like you are at home. Really good! We highly recommend it. We can't wait to return for our next holidays, just to eat here and that says a lot. Keep it up!
