21/09/2025: A truly lovely restaurant, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, with a terrace overlooking the pedestrian street. The staff is incredibly friendly, and although the atmosphere is refined, it's not stuffy, making it a truly enjoyable evening. We were there for my birthday and had a truly delicious meal. The dishes are varied, both meat and fish, the bread is delicious, and the desserts are truly remarkable. At the end, they even brought me a small cake with a candle. Last but not least, the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended.

16/09/2025: Good evening, I'd like to share my experience at this very fine restaurant. Let's start by saying that the hospitality and politeness of the staff were very welcome. I could say that not all the locations I've been to could be compared. The cleanliness and preparation in offering and setting the tables were exemplary. The dishes were beautifully presented, and as they say, appearance counts. I had the "I make it myself" experience, a series of tastings that was comprehensive. The dishes were presented and the timing between each course was well thought out. The wine to accompany our experience, so as not to overshadow any of the flavors of the various courses offered, was appropriate and well-chosen. At the end of the dinner, we savored a tasty and fine brandy, which concluded the experience in a decidedly satisfying way. I'd like to compliment the owner, Nicola, for his management and his non-invasive presence in accompanying us throughout our complete experience. 100% recommended

14/09/2025: A small, hidden restaurant. I had the honor of working there a few years ago. I returned and was impressed by the same philosophy, seen from the customer's perspective. A rustic atmosphere, stellar cuisine, and excellent service. There's no point in nitpicking, it's simply excellent. Congratulations.

The manager makes sure everything runs smoothly and remains calm even in the hustle and bustle, with a cheeky quip ready. He was very pleased with us; we'd love to come back! 😃

03/10/2025: A little gem in Plazores We ourselves are from Vigilio di Marebbe, but here at the Plazores guesthouse with André and Jan, we always feel at home – and at the same time, like we're on a special journey. The old farmhouse parlor radiates warmth and comfort, and you immediately sense that heart and tradition are at the heart here. The food is simply outstanding: authentic Ladin cuisine, finely balanced with South Tyrolean hospitality. Every dish bears the hallmark of dedication and attention to detail. You can taste their connection to the region – honest, authentic, and of the highest quality. The friendliness of André and Jan, who welcome their guests with natural warmth, deserves special mention. It's also fascinating that they speak so many languages ​​perfectly, understand every guest, and make everyone feel welcome. This is where genuine hospitality, culinary authenticity, and an ambience steeped in history come together. Added to this is the family atmosphere: the mother herself is in the kitchen, conjuring up wonderful dishes, while the father tends the farm and feeds the animals. This authenticity and down-to-earth atmosphere make the visit even more special. In short: Plazores is not just an inn, but a place where we feel happy and richly blessed. Highly recommended!

28/09/2025: A very welcoming atmosphere in an old Gothic house, with attention to every detail, and a friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Excellent, locally sourced ingredients and unique offerings. Highly recommended.

16/09/2025: Excellent small cafe and jazz bar where locals hang out but just minutes from the main tourist sights. Two filled focaccia and beers cost a little over 20 euros.

10/10/2025: When you're greeted with such a friendly smile as soon as you walk in, the day can only get off to a great start. A lovely breakfast and a delicious cappuccino. Everything is perfect!

09/10/2025: Wonderful breakfast with lots of heart We had breakfast here and felt completely at home. The menu isn't extensive, but it's lovingly curated – with very tasty dishes, especially the various bagels and bowls. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and simply delicious. The service team was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the cozy ambiance perfectly rounded off the visit. We'd definitely love to come back! 💛

You could immediately taste the freshness of the top-quality ingredients, expertly combined to create an enveloping flavor and a perfectly velvety texture that pampers the palate. A simple yet sophisticated dish, demonstrating an attention to detail and a respect for the ingredients that are rare. An extraordinary culinary experience that I recommend to everyone.

11/09/2025: A truly beautiful agriturismo, with a fantastic restaurant and delicious food. The staff are also very friendly. The mountain road leading up to it is interesting, but once you're there, you won't want to leave. The room was also fantastic!

07/09/2025: Beautiful panoramic location, chances of seeing some animals (alpacas, sheep, oxen), good food, and farm-style service, meaning that, unless you reserve a table for lunch inside, you'll have to find a seat. The food is a bit too gourmet for the setting; one would normally expect more traditional local cuisine and more reasonable prices. Suitable for all tastes, but be aware that you'll spend a little more.

09/09/2025: We had a spectacular dinner Set menu, they do those things and they do that to perfection Flavours were outstanding Portions challenging to finish even without the refill (that was always offered - and often accepted 🙃) Then the staff, just lovely and authentic to the maximum 5 stars without any doubts and first restaurant we’ll book once back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

16/09/2025: Very nice rooms (the Garden Suite even has a balcony), delicious dishes and a wide selection in the restaurant with a great outdoor area (where you can also sit for breakfast), a very friendly hostess, and a superb central location in the old town. Free parking is about 200 meters from the accommodation. It was a perfect two-night stay at the end of a crossing of the Alps!

08/10/2025: We had a wonderful meal here at this restaurant. The young woman who served us was super nice, and we felt very comfortable. It was special, yet somehow homey. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We would come back anytime.
