19/10/2025: I belive everyone deserves better wine tour experience in amazing Tuscany. We have visited many wineries, but this was by far the most commercial one we’ve ever been to. The owners were rude, and the atmosphere was tense, with high-pressure sales tactics that made us feel uncomfortable. We were left to have lunch under the hot sun until we finally had to stand up and leave, as it was impossible to sit there. Only then did they start moving the tables to another spot, and we had to wait 30 minutes before lunch could begin. Staff seemed uneasy and unhappy. Overall, the visit lacked authenticity and warmth — it felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine winery experience. They demonstrated a lack of respect for their clients and visitors.”

22/08/2025: We didn't even have time to eat because as soon as we entered the waiter didn't accept that we had decided to sit upstairs instead of downstairs. By the time we ordered water, we were asked what we wanted to order. After asking for another minute, the waiter snorted, and at that second sign of rudeness, we got up to go downstairs to pay for the water, which he said hadn't even been brought to us because he knew that a couple of tourists, very normal young people like so many others, would leave, and so it was.

06/10/2025: Pasta is sadly flavorless and very watery / not seasoned. tortelli was OK. the porcini was fresh at least. but i'm very puzzled why this place has such good reviews when the food is this bland
