21/08/2026: Every time we pass through Montepulciano, we stop at this fantastic restaurant, where every dish is meticulously prepared and impeccably crafted. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent, and every dish is perfect. The service is attentive and fast. Highly recommended!

The pici al fumo are amazing.

14/08/2026: One of the best restaurants in whole Italy.
Food is awesome, steak are delicious, pizza taste like heaven and tiramisu and other sweets are one of it kind.
On top of that service level is on highest standard.
Don’t believe in any notes below 5 stars.
Just come and taste
11/08/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, coming from the province of Pisa. The staff were very kind and attentive, especially to our little girl. The appetizer was plentiful and very good.
The first course was pici. Cacio e pepe for me, Cinta Senese for my partner, and ragù for my daughter. All three were excellent.
Stop here if you're passing through.
P.S.: The Montepulciano wine, of course...excellent!

05/08/2026: A tourist destination. Lacking any distinctive flavor. We ordered lasagna al ragu and pici. The lasagna was flavorless, there was very little meat, and I barely tasted the béchamel sauce. The pici were also bland. The dishes were definitely not worth the price.

31/07/2026: We had dinner as a family at this restaurant to end our holiday in Tuscany. The owner gave us a very warm welcome, with kindness, calm demeanor, and good manners. We all appreciated this even before we started eating. There was something for everyone at the table: pizzas, salads, pasta. Everything was of high quality and in just the right portion size (neither too much nor too little). The only slight drawback was a somewhat limited selection of desserts, but the chocolate fondant was delicious.
17/07/2026: One star for the cuisine because I can't give zero. My husband was served a plate of pasta with ravioli sauce that literally came from a can! Even at home, he adds basil and onions to his sauce... This was a dish worthy of a school cafeteria... The pizza was frozen and bland, and the fries were just regular, like something you'd get at a fast-food place! It's a shame to represent this beautiful region and ruin its local produce like this.
My advice to the chef: consider a career change.

06/03/2025: It may be odd to post about a closed restaurant however this one is special. Our family came to Tuscany several times, last being 2010 and we have fond memories of “ La Signora” at cittino restaurant. For us, it was the most authentic food in Tuscany. Our children were little but even they remember the wonderful meals we enjoyed. Not it’s 2025 and my wife and I flew 5000 miles in hopes of enjoying one last meal at this special place. We hope the owner had a good life and knows how happy she made people. Grazie Signora!

10/11/2024: Entro con mia moglie in questo locale e senza neanche guardarmi e rispondere al mio saluto quella che penso fosse la titolare mi dice che a quell'ora (15.30) solo pranzi.....
Sono uscito e siamo andati a mangiare in un'altro locale.....
Se le danno fastidio le persone da non salutare e chiedere cambi lavoro..... grazie

09/12/2024: Mi sono recato insieme a mia moglie e ad una coppia di amici in questo ristorante e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La location è accogliente, il cibo che ripercorre la tradizione toscana di qualità. Abbiamo optato per un tagliere toscano e crostini misti
veramente ottimi. Riguardo ai primi abbiamo apprezzato i pici al ragù di cinta senese molto appetitosi. Non abbiamo preso i secondi. I dolci sono ottimi. Il tutto innaffiato con un eccellente rosso di Montepulciano di qualità ottima. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.
25/09/2024: Locale bello super pulito , personale con poca esperienza e si vede , i due primi che abbiamo preso erano senza sale quando abbiamo avvisato ci hanno portato il sale , finito il problema.
I secondi buoni e gustosi .
Vino buono conto come altra volta un poco alto rispetto a quello mangiato .
