Really beautiful and relaxing place.
27/10/2024: The Etna winery with the longest history, a few kilometers from Milo.
At the entrance the staff will ask you if you want to tour the cellar immediately or later, in our case it happened later.
We were offered a selection of 5 wines as finger food.
The explanation of the wines and the uncertainty of the waiters did not make the experience what we imagined.
Moving on to the wines, the whites have a different flavor from the other whites of Etna, good, while the reds are a bit disappointing, especially the Sciara.
The visit with explanation, carried out subsequently, did not convey to us what we imagined from such a cellar.
I would not recommend the place if you are looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience at a good price, i.e. €45.

30/12/2024: Last night I was at the bar with other friends, we had 3 hot chocolates, 2 served on clean cups taken from the shelf, the third cup was washed very roughly by hand, before my eyes, by a girl behind the counter with a thick mane of hair free in the wind, but this might not even be a problem, but the fingernails, in addition to being painted, were extremely long. Furthermore, the cup, like all the things that she washed and rinsed approximately, were placed on the counter where anything is placed, without placing them in a specific point where they can drain.
The dishes should also be washed in the dishwasher to perform good sterilization with steam.
Dirt or hygiene of the hands and especially under the nails is a major problem and whoever does this job should know it VERY WELL.
Now I ask if the HACCP protocol is respected in this place and if you know what it is, giving the right rules to your employees?
Of the three friends I was the only one to feel ill, 15 minutes after consuming I immediately had states of acute dysentery, certainly caused by my consumption and I spent a terrible night.
It's really a shame, you are in a central place in the country, you always have to invest in your business and pay attention to everything that needs improvement.

29/12/2024: Un giorno prima decido di prenotare, non tanto dalle recensioni ma dai consigli dei miei colleghi di lavoro.
Location accogliente , personale molto gentile e disponibile!
2 Antipasti buonissimi. Abbiamo preso 2 primi e una grigliata mista , invece mia figlia una cotoletta con patatine, un buon dolce si frutti di bosco..
Tutto veramente buono. I prezzi nella norma!
Ritornerò senz’altro
24/11/2024: Complimenti ottima qualità, locale molto accogliente , veloci , preparati,e molto professionali. La carne buonissima accompagnata dalle segale che consiglio, si sentiva l'utilizzo di un ottimo olio. I camerieri molto disponibili ed educati ma soprattutto la cameriera Grazia per la sua accoglienza e il suo sorriso. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie per la bella domenica!
