The owner is a one-of-a-kind professional, as welcoming as he is professional. Hearing him talk about wine will make you want to have another glass.
06/01/2026: I had the best cocktail of my life here. I think it was called ‘After You’ and was recommended by the super friendly and funny host Domenico. Very nice atmosphere and great drinks. We will definitely come back!

15/09/2025: I went a few evenings with friends. The food was absolutely local and incredibly plentiful. They offer a variety of dishes with a set menu. Their suckling pig? The best I've had in Alghero. Congratulations!! Friendly service, and I want to say thank you to the gentleman in charge of cooking the suckling pig, who was truly gracious in his welcome. For the presentation of the farm, the tasting, and the conversation, it was much appreciated!

12/03/2026: Tasty, high-quality food, typical Sardinian but above all original in its combinations.
The wait wasn't long at all; even though I went on a Saturday for dinner, I ate my order almost immediately.
The prices are commensurate with the quality of the food and the service provided.
The place is very welcoming, intimate, and warm, although a little difficult to find for non-locals...you have to park your car and walk part of the way (over cobblestones) because it's located in a narrow alley.

23/02/2026: I dined at the Nautilus Restaurant and overall had a positive experience.
The view of the harbor was beautiful, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and the service was excellent: the waiters were professional, kind, and attentive. We chose the tasting menu; all the dishes were carefully prepared, although the monkfish wasn't to our liking.
Our only complaint: the wine prices seemed a bit overpriced compared to the menu.
Overall, a recommended restaurant for its location and service.

30/12/2025: The place is pleasant, spacious, and bright, just steps from the port, with a view of Alghero in the background. Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing: the cakes were too dry and tasteless, the service was slow, though always smiling, and if you ask for a glass of water (which is included elsewhere), they'll tell you, "You'll have to buy a bottle." Definitely not recommended! ⚠️
06/12/2025: Extremely kind and professional staff, a special mention goes to Dolly's extreme kindness and helpfulness for helping me organize a surprise cake for my husband during our vacation in Alghero!!

18/07/2025: Fritto misto eccezionale, rapido, gustoso. Cena al volo in 4 ad Alghero fuori dal circuito dei ristoranti turistici. Locale efficace, idea geniale: ben fatto. Tavolini vicino alla strada trafficata.
