03/01/2025: Very particular environment, in the historic and central part of Alghero. Good professionalism in the service, but for those who already know the food and wine wonders of Sardinia, many words are unnecessary. The only flaw: there is no card/list and it is not possible to know the cost of the drink/wine you choose, a shame especially for foreign tourists. In any case, an experience worth trying!

05/01/2025: Siamo stati nell'Azienda Agrituristica Sa Mandra per pranzo.
Menù completo e vario, con pietanze genuine e prelibate, costituito da varietà di antipasti rigorosamente locali, due primi, due secondi (uno dei quali l'immancabile porcetto cotto al camino... Eccezionale!), dolcetti della tradizione, acqua, vino di rinomate cantine Sarde, digestivo e caffè. Anche i piatti senza glutine, abbondanti come (e più) delle portate "normali", erano ottimi e cucinati con maestria. Ho apprezzato in particolare la fregola con salsiccia e sugo di cinghiale, mai mangiata in precedenza, rivelatasi una graditissima sorpresa.
Personale squisito: cordialissimo, cortese e affabile, oltre che professionale e disponibile.
La struttura comprende (e ne è parte integrante) anche un bellissimo museo della tradizione agro-pastorale Sarda che merita di essere visitato.
Che altro aggiungere...

31/12/2024: Abbiamo trovato per caso questo posto su tripadvisor avendo in programma di trascorrere il capodanno ad Alghero.
Accoglienza impeccabile calorosa ed elegante.
Location pazzesca curata in ogni angolo.
Servizio da 10 e lode!
Inutile dilungarsi sulle varie portate davvero buonissime, ma una menzione d’onore va ai salumi degustati. Colore accesso, profumo inebriante e sapore avvolgente.
Peraltro la gentilissima proprietaria, vedendoci Entusiasti, ci ha proposto il bis.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

15/01/2025: Unforgettable New Year's Eve dinner. I can't say more than from the staff's attention to us and our dog, and of course the presentation, decoration, and good work in the kitchen, we were delighted with all the dishes, although there were diners who thought fish was not their strong point. They left nothing on the plate. Quite an achievement!
Although the price may seem high, it is not for what they gave us, I mention this since I have seen other menus for a little less and lower quality.
Thank you and I hope to return to ripetere.

25/02/2025: We had 2 starters, Crudi di Pesce, Zuppetta di Cozze and a main Fregola.
The starters were nice, although nothing too complicated and way overpriced for what it was. The fregola was a disappointment, as a Sardinian that goes back home for holidays and crave this dish, the dish was lacking salt. After adding "a ton" of salt, the flavour was there. But this should not really happen.
The service was slow, they seated us on a table which you could clearly see was cleaned in a rush from previous turn. Tomato sauce stain on the floor. The staff was nice, but overwhelmed and not very attentive.
I gave this restaurant a second chance, but won't come back. So many more around that are better priced for this type of food.

I've been here with my family and once with friends, and I continue to confirm that everything is delicious.
Friendly staff, fast service, very nice and welcoming environment.
I will definitely come back in the future!
01/10/2024: Overall, it was a good experience-we really enjoyed the main dish-the seafood was really fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, the starter and desert were quite average, and Vino della casa worst we drink on our vacation-very alcoholic taste. Price for two 98euro, including 10% tip that is automatically added to the bill.

25/02/2025: Discreet experience with a final surprise!
After having made us sit at an isolated table in a street compared to all the others, we got up to ask to be moved and fortunately a place became available in the square at that moment (it would have been sad to eat where they had made us sit; we were also on a slope). We took an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses to divide between 2 and 2 pizzas. The quality wasn't bad at all and the service with us was quite fast.
To consider, in addition to the €1.50 cover charge, there is an addition of 10% for a service charge, which seems a bit excessive for having taken 2 pizzas. We could say we paid €8 cover charge!!!
21/02/2025: Ambiente rustico , rilassante e ben illuminato .
Ottima insalata di polpo e patate condita con aceto , abbondante spaghettata alle vongole , croccante frittura di calamari . Tutto pesce fresco .
Piccola pecca : la prassi di inserire sul conto il servizio al tavolo (7euro in tal caso) in aggiunta al coperto , velocemente corretta con sconto pari a quella cifra .
Prezzi nella media , locale spesso affollato .
