14/10/2025: I was there for dinner for my first night in Olbia. I arrived there around 9 pm and was told there's no table for one person. When I was about to leave, I saw several empty tables which could easily accommodate me and asked the owner of the restaurant and I was able to get seated finally.
After approximately 50 mins of waiting time, Borttarga pasta was served. Happy that I also ordered a starter otherwise I couldn't handle my hunger.
I paid around 40 euro for a glass of prosecco in a stink glass (probably wiped with a unwashed tea towel), ok misto salumi sardi and spaghetti bottarga, which gave me stomach problem next day.

15/10/2025: Our first meal since arriving on Sardinia but exceeded expectations. Beef, pasta and dessert were all amazing. Affrogato over white truffle ice cream was incredible.

21/10/2025: We ordered 2 foods. Pizza and pasta. Pizza came first but my food was missing. Waiter told me to wait for 2 minutes. And I waited for my pasta 20 minutes. Can understand that it’s Italy but the service is slow.

21/10/2025: This restaurant is a real pleasure! We dined there for the first time and returned without hesitation. The food is simple, delicious and typical Sardinian. The service is fast, attentive and the tables are very well set. We feel good there and we eat well, a true moment of happiness!

02/10/2025: The restaurant presents itself with great ambitions, but the reality failed to live up to expectations, due to a completely unsustainable quality-price ratio.
The cuisine, rather than surprising, left an impression of being small and uninspiring, with offerings that are unjustified by such an ambitious menu.
The service, polite and attentive, remains the best aspect, even if not impeccable.
In the end, one is left with the feeling of having paid for the idea rather than the substance.

18/04/2025: A delightful experience in the heart of Olbia. Trattoria del Pescatore offers everything you'd expect from a good Italian trattoria: a welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and a cuisine focused on fresh, flavorful seafood.
From the appetizers to the main course, everything we tried was exquisite. The fish and shellfish were cooked to perfection, the pasta had a homemade touch, and the wine list perfectly complemented the dishes. The attention to detail and respect for Sardinian culinary tradition are evident.
The restaurant has charm, with a relaxed atmosphere that invites you to savor your meal at your leisure, and the attentive service makes you feel right at home.
Without a doubt, a must-visit if you're in Olbia and want to eat well, with the taste of the sea and authentic cuisine. I would return without hesitation!

09/03/2025: Stato con mia mogloe per pranzo in questo ristorante, artosfera molto rilassante e lo ale ben curato. Ottime le pietanze, abbiamo preso due antipasti davvero molto buoni, i culurgiones rivisitati e un rigatone con tonno entrambi ottimi e per finire una porzione di pesce san pietro che è stata davvero una delizia. Personale preciso e cortese, prezzi ok. Di sicuro un posto dove tornerei volentieri
