22/11/2025: Let me start by saying, Go here is Great!! Now, my wife and I bought a house that we have been working on for three years in Ostuni so we are usualy here two times a year and eat out every day until I get my kitchen, so its good to find places you like and repeat so you support the spots you love to ensure they are still there when you come back. With that said because so many restaurants are seasonal only, they may not have the same people making your food the next season so it may not be as good the next year. Passaporto is owned and run by a team of an excellent chef, Chef Antony and The expert Bartender whom unfortunately I never learned his name. Now the third part of this team who is not an owner but I believe should get a percentage so she Never leaves is Theresa who is very passionate about her work and knows exactly what she is doing and everything about the food and the wines and cheeses I really thought she was one of the owners, she is the best ! The food is fresh and flavorful and fun and there is almost always an amazing special or two added to the menu and all the appetizers and small plates are great and tasty. The sausage with chimichuri is so good the tuna Tataki is sublime, and my favorite for funs sake alone is the Scarpetta which makes me angry because I am a retired chef who had a few different Italian concepts and I wish I had thought of this because thats one of my favorite things to do when I eat Italian food is the Scarpetta, (the mopping up of the left over sauce on the plate) but this app has three different sauces a couple that change with the day and I just love this fun appetizer and everything this true gem of Ostuni has to offer I look forward to our return in a couple months when our house will finally be completed then I will be celebrating at Passaporto. 30/09/2025: Agreed, pizza and beer for four, but well-made and served in record time despite the place being super busy (a sign of quality). The staff was attentive and helpful. We also asked for coffee at the end. When paying the bill, they told us the coffees were on us. Prices were average.

23/09/2025: Both the pizza and the restaurant, both delicious! We come at least twice every vacation! Friendly and polite staff, quick service, and prices in line with other local restaurants (actually, a little less).

10/11/2025: The lobster tails were truly exceptional. Locals kept coming in and out with trays full of their desserts. There had to be a reason! Top!

23/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance. Good food (ciabatta with grilled octopus). Charming location. Excellent for a casual dinner with friends.

11/09/2025: I'm expecting a baby and I'm very careful about where I sit to eat! We went to this place last Saturday. We stopped in this pub because we were struck by the charming atmosphere with soft lighting and a view of a square with a cathedral. And we left satisfied! The menu is excellent value, ranging from meat sandwiches to fish sandwiches, to complete meat dishes with sides! Everything was delicious! Especially the fish sandwiches, which unexpectedly were made with the freshest ingredients! The bill? Less than €17 per person, including drinks and cover charge! Highly recommended!

05/11/2025: Cool place close to the water. Make sure to ask what they have that was caught that day. We had a fish i had never heard of or seen before as an appetizer. It was really good. Those aren't its actual eyes...I added pomegranate seeds.

01/11/2025: Excellent pastry shop, I recommend the pasticciotti and the t* della monaca. Old-fashioned atmosphere, frequented mostly by people from Ostuni.

26/10/2025: A lovely outdoor setting. Excellent background music, great to listen to and chat with at the same time. Excellent, friendly staff. A more than decent menu. Excellent selection of wines and spirits. Fair prices.

18/09/2025: We were a party of 9 … a lot of people.. and we were lucky to find this restaurant, service was very fast and Margarita (waitress) was the best!! We tried different drinks, Sprits like Aperol, Hugo and Campari. we tried with pasta orichietti, good enough, and a couple of sandwiches, one with octopus and another with egg plant, really good!!! Place is just nexts to great views of the city

03/10/2025: Osteria la Sciabica is an excellent restaurant and pizzeria, where you can eat well, relax and the staff takes care of the customers.

02/10/2025: I was at this osteria in August. The food was very good. I thought it was a real gem and returned in September with friends. Unfortunately, the gem turned out to be a poor imitation. It's a real shame and a huge disappointment because the place is very nice and has its own unique atmosphere. The dishes I ordered were simply not good, and I'm wondering if this was a fluke or a rule. Nevertheless, I don't recommend this place because it might disappoint, as it did for me.

03/11/2025: A small café with a magnificent panoramic view of the valley, a nice place to take a break, at the entrance to the old town.

07/09/2025: The focaccia is excellent, and the little bags of sweets, especially the almond paste ones, are the perfect souvenirs for friends and family! The staff is friendly and attentive.

24/08/2025: The quality of this bakery is impressive. I think they make the best taralli in Puglia 🫶🏼
