06/04/2026: We stopped by today for a stroll and got some gelato.
The staff were friendly, and they even stocked up on gluten-free cones. Given the table service, they also offered cups and filled brioches.
The gelato was truly excellent.

12/10/2025: Drawn by the reviews and especially the goals, this morning I took advantage of a short trip to Vercelli to try Il Mattarello. Just one comment on the quality of the service, the coffee, and the pastries: amazing!

16/10/2025: My breakfast in Reggio Emilia is at MYA, a family-run bar and pastry shop, where you can experience the goodness and authenticity of the products. The desserts are excellent, and the latte macchiato in its traditional glass is a real hit, something few people do anymore. When the day starts here, it's already a great day. Thank you!

21/12/2025: We came in for a snack, but right from the start, the owner seemed annoyed and engaged in a loud argument, likely with an employee. Unfortunately, this tense atmosphere continued throughout our stay, making the experience rather unpleasant. It's a shame, because the place is nice and the pastries were good, but the atmosphere and behavior negatively impacted the service. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, the owner confirmed his rudeness by charging us without even saying hello.

The menu is more than decent, always featuring Bavarian specialties.
We recommend the Wienerschitzel and the double malt red beer.
18/01/2026: At Betty's, you feel right at home. The place is very welcoming, with excellent beers and Bavarian food. I've been going there for eight years now and haven't left a review yet.

02/01/2025: Ottima serata, cena buona e abbondante, bell'ambiente ven frequentato. Complimenti all'organizzazione e un bravo all'intrattenitore della serata, davvero piacevole. Bella musica e spettacolo con ballerine ottimo.
Abbiamo passato la notte di Capodanno in compagnia di amici, trascorrendo una bellissima serata, bevendo bene e mangiando altrettanto bene. Grazie e complimenti!
