20/01/2026: We went for lunch on a Tuesday and received a very warm welcome. They offered a set menu: starter, main course, half a bottle of wine, and a small bottle of water for €13. We chose this option and thoroughly enjoyed it; the portions were generous, and it was excellent value for money.
The restaurant is very unique and charming.
17/01/2026: A quaint restaurant in the center of Asti, perhaps unpretentious but offering good value for money.

06/12/2025: We had the opportunity to dine at the Cannon d'Oro restaurant in Cocconato during Bagna Cauda Day 2025. The Bagna Cauda was delicious and plentiful, with a generous selection of accompanying vegetables, and the service was more than friendly. I also wanted to highlight their skill in finding us a table (for six people, and in one of the historic rooms overlooking the beautiful terrace) with practically no notice.

07/12/2025: The restaurant advertises "Cit ma bon." I chose it after reading the reviews and called, as recommended, to make a reservation. They said 12:30 is fine, for four. We arrived on time, and... our table was already assigned!!! "If you want, another table will be available in 10 minutes," without even apologizing for the inconvenience. We made the mistake of stopping: they seated us after a half-hour wait and served after those who arrived after us. Extremely slow and inattentive service, and the agnolotti could be better. The price is more than fair, but the place and experience are worth ruining. Two stars only for the tagliarini ai funghi and the flan, which were good.

05/12/2025: A truly excellent café! The cappuccinos are among the best I've ever had: creamy, balanced, and perfectly prepared. Marina is always extremely kind and professional; you can tell she loves her job and does it with great skill. The lunches are also impeccable: tasty, carefully prepared, and always fresh. From the service to the atmosphere, everything is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

For a delicious breakfast with freshly baked croissants or to savor the experience of master pastry chef Massimo, the third generation of the Zanetti family, your palate will not be disappointed. Among the specialties, the truly superb PROFITEROLES stand out. You'd better make a reservation because they literally sell out!
Well, what can I say? If you're passing through Asti, don't miss out on the delights of Zanetti's desserts.

The kebab is really good and, above all, plentiful. The fries are perhaps among the best in Asti.
The prices are decidedly reasonable compared to similar options in the city.
The only thing I'd say is that once they didn't put a hot dog I ordered in my takeout bag, but unfortunately I noticed it once I got home.
Overall, I'm still giving it 4 stars for the professionalism.
The area tends to have a less-than-respectable crowd, especially at night, but that's the case everywhere.
11/07/2025: Every time I want takeout pizza with my family, I choose them! The pizza is delicious and crispy, especially the pizza with fries, which is very generous with ingredients, which is not a given at other restaurants in Asti. The staff is courteous and professional. I absolutely recommend it.
