But, I'm sorry, I can no longer tolerate the disorganization, slowness, and attitude of some of the staff. Their inability to "change pace" when necessary (the line often extends outside...) is...annoying.
I repeat, I say this with regret and in the owners' best interests, as I find the pastries EXCEPTIONAL!

05/09/2025: A typical restaurant where you can enjoy excellent fish dishes. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and the setting elegant. However, the €32 tasting menu left us a little hungry: it doesn't feature actual pieces of fish, but rather a variety of dishes (crêpes, pâté, burgers, etc.), and the risotto could have been more generous with the fish. It's a shame, because this makes the value for money of this menu a bit mixed.
I think it's better to choose a real dish.

16/08/2025: Yes, of course. Beautifully situated overlooking Lake Como. Friendly atmosphere and good breakfast.
13/08/2025: This hotel was great! The rooms are clean and a decent size. The breakfast buffet is simple but great. The standout had to be the views of the lake and the incredible staff. Everyone, particularly Veronica, was so friendly and helpful. We were given so much information and made to feel so welcome. We even left very early and the staff made sure to pack us a breakfast for the road. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the main town but not too bad.

12/09/2025: Good food, great staff, affordable prices. Bart and Julia were amazing!
12/09/2025: It opens for a short period of time and no resos so get there before it opens. Grab a wine from the place across from it and sit on the steps until your name is called. The food is all freshly made. I went here twice. First time I had the lamb ragu and ossu buco the second time. Friendly staff!

26/08/2025: The pizza was burnt and inedible. The service was truly terrible; even one star is too much for this kind of food.
17/08/2025: Tourist trap!
We ended up at this restaurant because all the others were full; we would have been better off waiting.
The food seemed to be defrosted.
Even the Margherita pizza was a real pain to look at; the crust was so hard...
The €4 cans weren't even cold.
I highly recommend it...

Continental breakfasts is nice value for money, scrambled eggs with ham and cheese are truly amazing. Might be one of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. (Went back three times)

03/04/2025: Lo que notamos después de venir en tren desde Suiza es lo barato que es en Italia en comparación con lo que hemos estado pagando. Estábamos basados en Varenna, así que usamos mucho los transbordadores durante 2 días, así que nos bajamos en Bellagio, que es hermoso pero muy ocupado. Caminamos por una calle trasera para encontrar una plaza bastante tranquila donde por suerte tuvimos una mesa afuera al sol. Cerveza grande 6€ y cerveza pequeña 4€ , con este café hay una tienda adjunta donde pudimos comprar un gran paquete de patatas fritas a 3€ . 50 y los comeremos con nuestras bebidas.
06/02/2025: Great pizza and coffee, even talked with Rossano and told him about a car issue we were having and he just called his friend for us and tried to help us. 10/10 service!
