23/08/2025: Everything's good. The only major flaw is the wait. I understand there's a lot of people, but it's always been like this. I hope they improve the service!

23/08/2025: We visited the Itineris brewery for the first time, having discovered it by chance at the Montefiascone 2025 festival. A great discovery. Despite the crowds, we quickly ate two burgers, one of which was vegetarian. Perhaps the only thing I'd recommend is reviewing the type and cooking of the fries. Maybe try artisanal ones. We drank two great beers: a Fallisca and a Tribe! Very good! Highly recommended!
