03/10/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance and ate outside in the umbrella-lined area. The girls were friendly. The food was good. We had a quistu sandwich and a quist'aru. They were delicious. The only downside, but obviously not their fault, was the occasional pigeon flitting between the tables, searching for crumbs. Anyway, if you're passing through Subiaco and want a quick bite to eat on a budget, this is the place to go. Well done.
24/09/2025: I didn't want to review this place because I found it usual in all the purely touristy places, then when we were saying goodbye the guy (maybe the owner) gave me a coupon with the QR code suggesting I give it 5 stars and this encouraged me to write the review, unfortunately however it cannot be positive because it is nothing more than a simple place that offers ready-made products only from the fryer or heated. It's a shame because the young staff, the nice place and the remarkable atmosphere could have made the place with a little effort the perfect icing on the cake of a beautiful context in which it is located, the primary disappointment comes from the low (perhaps too low) quality of the products. My platter offered cold cuts, cheese and various canned products (zucchini, dried tomatoes, aubergines) truly from an ugly discount supermarket, I'm very sorry to say yes, because the potential is high, they are nice and to make 4 simple but good things it would take very little, (the pre-cooked and freshly fried round cutlet was disturbing) they are in a place where Artisanal products can offer you high-quality local products, including cheeses and cured meats, while certainly spending a little more, but if you consider the markup (quite rightfully so), you can get, this higher cost can be well absorbed. I'm not the typical critic, I've been in the culinary world for all my 50 years, and I'm sorry to find such nice places with such modern and youthful service, where you can even find the funny dialectal use to give names to products that don't deserve such an "honor." I know a bad review doesn't please anyone, but I get them like everyone else, and I always make it an experience of growth, ignoring those who review you when they are clearly wrong, and taking advantage of those who point out what I can improve. I hope this helps to develop an idea of improvement of their business, which with small efforts could lead to good levels, given that there is no lack of potential. Come on guys, you can do a lot with small attentions, look for local producers, do less but better, prepare a few dishes yourself and you will see that the satisfaction will be Major! (For the sake of completeness, I declare that I have not tasted the burgers, so I am not in court.)
