10/02/2025: Pizzeria frequented several times over the years.
Good and well presented pizza. Quality ingredients. The pizza is Neapolitan, with a crust. Unfortunately, in the center it is very thin, to the point of losing consistency. Good dough, but remains, strangely, a little heavy.
Nice and well-kept environment. There is no parking for the restaurant and this causes a bit of parking problems, especially on weekends.
I also had the opportunity to eat the grilled fish and I recommend it.

04/01/2025: The Bar Rose in Ciampino is one of the longest-running in the area. It offers a good choice of sweet and savory, from sandwiches (I recommend the one with chicken, tuna and cherry tomato salad) and pastry desserts, from tarts to tea biscuits. Unique perhaps the aesthetic flaw is, the ceiling is a bit ruined, the electrical system in plain sight could do with a fix.
Strategic position, it is a certainty on Via Mura dei Francesi.
08/12/2024: Very nice bar and excellent aperitifs.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Too bad there is no parking.

03/02/2025: Restaurant near my friend's house, really good pizza, even the lactose-free one, young and professional staff. Congratulations to the owner.
30/01/2025: The place overall is nice, the biggest flaw is the restaurant manager sends you appetizers without authorization!!!!! "He does it his way" then in the end you get the surprise of an exorbitant bill. !!!!! I paid €45 per person to eat appetizers, first course or second course.

27/02/2024: Locale a Ciampino.
Dall'esterno non è nulla di che, anche se c'è un parcheggio dedicato e specialmente la notte risulta più facile trovare posto.
All'esterno sono presenti anche alcuni posti a sedere dove poter consumare i pasti.
Il bancone è abbastanza completo, con dolci di molti tipi (anche qualcosa di salato).
Le preparazioni in un certo senso si avvicinano pure ai gusti locali e tradizionali.
Prezzi leggermente sopra la media, considerando che il posto è poco più di un laboratorio, e servizio al (solamente) bancone decisamente imperfetto.
Non penso sia aperto 24h. Rimane comunque comodo, specialmente per i giovanissimi.

07/06/2024: Piccola boutique dove poter assaporare un ottimo caffè, come da loro consigliato, rigorosamente senza zucchero.
Per gli amanti di miscele particolari o cultori del buon caffè consigliatissimo
