06/05/2025: A deaf friend of mine and I came to Rieti from Rome and, after a tiring morning, we really needed a break... What can I say... we were very satisfied with this place!
The lady who welcomed us was very kind, despite the communication difficulties she didn't lose her temper or snort. Smiling, he tried to understand what we wanted and was able to explain the flavors of the cream puffs which are nothing short of perfect to accompany a coffee!
(it's one of the few times that someone doesn't treat Deaf people like idiots: that they don't shout, that they only speak if you're looking at them and that they don't try to dismiss you immediately)
They also have many other beautiful (and delicious) mignons and chocolates of all kinds.
As soon as I entered, however, the gingerbread men caught my eye and so I took two home.
Here too the service was impeccable, the lady asked me if it was a gift and explained that, if so, she would have made a small gift package.
It may have been just a small detail but in other places it doesn't matter what you buy, they throw the product in a sachet and you just have to hope that it arrives home in one piece...
Very honest prices: 3 mignons, ginseng, cappuccino and 2 gingerbread biscuits all €7.50.
When I'm in the area again, I will definitely be back!

03/06/2025: We ate some truly genuine food in a magical place surrounded by greenery. The friendliness and attention given to us by the owner and the staff were exquisite at every lunch and dinner. A very suggestive place to organize events in an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it also for the quality (high) price ratio (absolutely honest).

29/05/2025: We had a lovely time during our stay- this is a great place for animal lovers interested in a rustic and authentic experience.
I highly recommend having dinner there- they roast fresh meat over a fire right in the dining area and have a wonderful spread of house-made cheese, wine, culurgiones, etc. You can walk to a nuraghe site in just a few minutes, and say hello to their goats and cows on the way:)

13/07/2025: Excellent quality ingredients, expertly prepared, excellent pizza and burgers, and everything else on the menu is a must-try.
They also have a wide selection of beers and wines, and excellent bartenders cater to the entire drinks menu, which you can enjoy both at the table and at the bar.
The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. All this in a location with a truly unique interior design, as are the outdoor tables overlooking the banks of the Velino River, one of Rieti's most characteristic views.
Highly recommended.
26/06/2025: Even though the street is very busy…with many bars and restaurants, being large the place remains quite quiet…. Aperitif good as usual.

21/05/2025: Nel salone centrale del ristorante,in un clima raccolto e riservato rispetto alla grande affluenza di commensali delle altre feste, la scorsa domenica abbiamo festeggiato qui la Comunione di mio nipote. La fiducia data a Chiara, attenta e premurosa padrona di casa, è stata ben riposta e le aspettative sono state ampiamente superate! La scelta di un menù molto ricco, tradizionale ma affatto banale, si è rivelato vincente per tutti i palati (e non erano pochi) che hanno mostrato tutto il gradimento con piatti sempre ben puliti dalla scarpetta finale..Quindi onore alla cucina! Un appunto speciale però, dovuto e sentito, va al personale in sala che come ciliegina sulla torta, ha reso speciale la nostra festa con un servizio ad hoc. Capacità,attenzione, presenza costante, disponibilità, piccole accortezze....e sempre col sorriso, nonostante l'evidente giornata impegnativa. Siamo una grande famiglia, con tanti bambini e con le nostre mille esigenze.. e qui ci siamo sentiti curati e a nostro agio. Bravi, bravi tutti!! Direi.....alla prossima! Chiara
04/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato con i soci ANC Anzio, siamo stati benissimo, cibo squisito e di qualità, gentilezza del proprietario Marco e del suo staff, locale accogliente.
Sicuramente da tornare.

10/04/2025: Locale accogliente, gentilezza, accolti credo il titolare, locale pulito, gestito con cura. Non petavamo pensare che a Rieti, si poteva gustare un buon pesce, vino semplice ma buono, noi non siamo esperti di vini e non siamo bevitori. Prezzi giusti. Consigliato

17/06/2025: In 2025 it is inconceivable that if you ask for something to eat that does not include meat a restaurateur will turn his back angrily without offering an alternative that is even just French fries or a salad. Then of course it is a hamburger joint but vulgarity, however typical, is not acceptable.
18/05/2025: Best burger I've ever had! Had a great lunch at the restaurant above the pub, owned by the same owner. Thumbs up! 👍

24/05/2024: Abbiamo preso delle pizze , arancini e supplì, ma il tutto è risultato immangiabile e per chi ha mangiato qualcosa ha dovuto prendere Gaviscon.
Assolutamente da evitare !
