16/03/2026: We had a peaceful post-dinner drink; even without a reservation, they put together a table for about ten people without any problems.
The only downside was that I wasn't able to drink the cocktail I wanted because they ran out of one ingredient.
The staff, however, were very kind and helpful.

04/06/2025: We relied on them for the post-wedding reception. Set up under the town hall loggia, the quality was excellent and the professionalism was top-notch. Everyone was delighted.
And we were even more so.
Highly recommended.

22/08/2025: A great place to stay in a good location. Peace and quiet, with beautiful garden views. A restaurant is on site, and the city center is very close.

09/03/2026: A fairly refined atmosphere. I don't drink beer, but I ate with friends. The hamburgers were good, but there was too much salad. Then, it seemed, I repeat, it seemed less than 200 grams. Fries were not included, so the prices were high. The service was decent.
When it came to the bill, it was a bit unclear. The bill was quickly calculated, without specifying the items, but based on the "set menus" we had NOT chosen. The total bill was very high.
I won't be returning.

The place had an unpleasant smell.
The staff was friendly.
08/01/2026: A historic, elegant bar in the city center. The staff is friendly, but sometimes a bit distracted. The first time we had two hot chocolates, one with mint and one regular. They were good but rather lukewarm, and the service was quick. The second time, even though the bar was almost empty, the waitress sat us down and completely forgot about us. We had to call her. The hot chocolates were always good, but always lukewarm. We'll try again.

30/08/2025: Nice place, terrible staff, and the girl behind the counter who minds her own business. When we asked to be served, a South American guy who was there with her started insulting us and told us to go somewhere else. My wife replied that we were free to go wherever we wanted. The guy started making serious threats, while the girl behind the counter laughed. I advise everyone not to go to this place.

03/03/2025: Frequentiamo spesso questo locale, soprattutto durante le lezioni di sci di nostro figlio di cinque anni.
Un paio di domeniche fa, proprio durante una lezione di sci, veniamo chiamati dal maestro di nostro figlio, con urgenza, per portarlo in bagno. I bagni chimici purtroppo erano inagibili e quindi pensiamo di recarci presso La Genzianella.
Con orrida sorpresa, all’ingresso, l’operatore addetto alla sicurezza ci proibisce l’uso dei servizi igienici, nonostante avessimo riferito dell’impellente necessità del bambino, di essere abituali clienti e di recarci subito dopo al chiosco per la consumazione.
L’empatia e la gentilezza ormai sono virtù per pochi! Dispiace sapere che nemmeno nei confronti dei più piccoli ci sia tolleranza!

11/01/2025: Non hai mai provato mai questo locale? Bhè le pietanze non scherzano! Cibo ottimo e gustoso ma sopratutto dosi da capogiro. È la seconda volta che ci vado e prendo gli hamburger più grandi del menù... e sono veramente grandi! Ma anche i più "piccoli" non scherzano. Se avete una fidanzata che mangia solo gambi di sedano e qualche foglia di lattuga non penso sia adatta a questo locale perchè i piatti sono molto abbondanti....complimenti allo/agli chef! credo che prenotare il tavolo sia essenziale perchè è un locale molto conosciuto. Ve lo consiglio
