The management has changed and I was afraid of the change, but the new owners were up to par, especially the very nice new owner who prepared breakfast for me during the holidays, always with a smile and a little chat. 05/01/2025: Pranzato in due. Personale simpatico e un po' disorganizzato, ci hanno chiesto due volte se volevamo del vino. Cappelletti un po' spessi e cucina in generale un po' troppo "energetica". Prezzo onesto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. La panna cotta pistacchio e arancia era buona, però il pistacchio non si sente. Infine, quando si portano delle entree non richieste bisognerebbe chiedere ai clienti se hanno intolleranze. Forse vuole puntare più in alto di quello che è. Comunque piacevole esperienza.

29/12/2024: Accogliente, piacevole, adatto ad un piccolo gruppo di amiche ma anche al brunch nonna e nipotina, o per fare una pausa solitaria. Cibo buono, tante opzioni, qualche piatto tradizionale e il classico brunch europeo, ritratti di scrittori alle pareti, il tentativo è farti sentire a Parigi o ad Amsterdam. Ci torno ogni volta che posso, Brava Ravenna!

20/12/2024: Conosco il locale da tempo, carino all’interno. Ci fanno accomodare nel tavolo di fronte al bagno, nonostante la sala fosse vuota, ma va bene. Il problema arriva quando il bagno si allaga. Viene chiuso e solo tempo dopo ci viene detto che la sala si sta allagando. Quindi le cose che avevamo appoggiato per terra allagate. Ma può capitare ecco (mettiamola così), il problema é stata la scortesia con cui é stata gestita la cosa. Rispondere in modo scorbutico “e io cosa ci posso fare” É veramente poco professionale, bastava portare un po’ di carta per asciugare e le cose sarebbero andate diversamente. Non tutti possono lavorare a contatto con il pubblico! Peccato

30/12/2024: Ambiente accogliente e proprietari simpatici e gentili. Ci vado spesso e mi trovo bene, sempre disponibili. Un bellissimo Akita completa l’ambiente essendo tranquillo, docile e silenzioso. A parte questo consiglio il posto..

Despite the gray and dark day we think that perhaps a properly made aperitif can lift the melancholy and sad mood and so we arrive straight at the Cambusa di Bacco. BUT. . . WHAT IS THE GALLEY? "The galley, in nautical lexicon is the kitchen on ships, indicates the space inside the boats intended for the storage, conservation and preparation of food. The steward is the person in charge of the galley." When we arrive here we find ourselves in a setting that is a bit reminiscent of a sailing ship, there are barrels that serve as a table, opaque lighting, the smell of solid wood, a dog that silently but also diligently kept everything under control and that sea ​​breeze that gloriously completed the circle. Finding ourselves in a galley we can allude to the fact that the possibility of replenishment of food cannot be continuous and therefore the steward is able to offer us a static menu which however manages to acquire extra courses on "landing" days / theme evenings . We have taken; 😋 • Galley platter: where there were various good quality cured meats and cheeses: raw ham, salami, cracklings, mortadella with pistachios, squacquerone, Sardinian pecorino and a semi-matured Sardinian goat's cheese which had a very delicious spicy aftertaste. It's a shame, however, that the description also mentioned savory pies which didn't arrive together with the cutting board. . It's a little disheartening to expect something that will never come, isn't it? • Fisherman's cutting board: here too the quality is good and the various combinations are fun, they never bore you. The breadsticks brought at the beginning were also good, crumbly, crunchy and with an intense bread flavour. In conclusion? This is certainly not a place for a pre-dinner aperitif because in any case the final price is that of a dinner (€93) - come here to relax while sipping a good bottle of wine to be pampered and teased by these platters full of taste, imagination and preparation. be cheered by the wisdom of the steward who will prove to be a good chatting companion.
