17/08/2024: El sitio es bueno, pero pierde la gracia por lo estúpidos que son los dos camareros que atienden la terraza, no te contestan cuando saludas por qué van sobrados, hoy t sientas tú y mañana viene otro q pasa por la ciudad como yo y se la clavan igual.
Vergonzoso los precios, un café tamaño dedal 3,5 €, un zumo pequeño 6 €, un helado pequeño que pedimos en tarrina 7 € y se hacen los tontos como que no entienden aún diciéndole en italiano "Piccolo". La pastelería no la probamos pero tiene una pinta estupenda, y el helado estaba muy rico. El café normal y el zumo de fábrica. Vamos que sitios en Bolonia de cafés y helados estupendos hay a patadas.
Te sacan de cortesía 4 aceitunas con cacahuetes que claro, por justificarse, así que yo aquí no os lo recomiendo.
08/08/2024: My recent visit to Caffè Zanarini was, unfortunately, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I wish I could recommend this place, but after what we went through, I can only advise you to avoid it.
My partner and I ordered a simple lunch—a sandwich and a salad. The sandwich arrived after about 15 minutes, which seemed reasonable. However, what followed was just unacceptable. I ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes for a basic salad. The service was incredibly slow, and when I inquired about the delay, the staff seemed indifferent at best.
For a café that boasts a prime location and high prices, the service was far below even the most basic expectations. There are plenty of other options in the area that treat their customers with respect and can deliver a meal in a reasonable time. Do yourself a favor and choose one of those instead.
Caffè Zanarini may have the ambiance, but when it comes to service, they fall flat. Not worth the wait or the frustration.

08/12/2024: The staff was discreet and pleasant. Great atmosphere in the heart of Bologna.
03/12/2024: The waitresses are really rude and rude. Especially the girl at the checkout who makes people pay: she makes fun of you, with that fake smile, making you look like a miser just because you want to do the bill divided by 2 with a friend and the bill doesn't come even as she demands (we had to pay by card 6.65 each... there wouldn't even have been any need for change). I advise the owner to evaluate his employees well because they scare away customers.

19/08/2024: We came for an aperitif yesterday afternoon, the bathroom is in bad shape, there is a sign at the entrance warning that there are disruptions due to vandals, but it was also objectively dirty and the soap dispenser didn't work. Overall it seems like a let go place, which is surprising given the location in a business park.
15/08/2024: I have known this pastry bar for many years and the staff is always kind and helpful, I no longer go there as assiduously as I used to... but I must admit that the pastry shop has improved and it has never happened to me again that the flavor wasn't exactly that of fresh pastry. ...as happened to me years ago...you have to be careful.

P.S.: and to those who go there to go to the bathroom and complain... (it would only be enough for every person who enters to behave as if they were at home...) it's not like even at the bar your mother comes after you to clean where you go! 🧐😉👍

19/08/2024: It's not true what they say that the service is poor, I paid €5 and got a very full sandwich, coffee and water, all this at the price indicated above, very good krapfen, not as hard as others write
15/08/2024: The worst bar in the Bologna crafen station last afternoon..and if you ask to heat it up the annoyed lady also found a somewhat questionable food conditions..and monstrously slow..ooo we are in the station..you have to shoot..ps in fact always empty.. I foresee closure in a year.. if we don't know how to do business we will close.. and then we can't.. don't go there, not recommended, slow food and hospitality that makes you feel uncomfortable especially the elderly lady.. trust me..

27/08/2024: A coffee, a packaged ice cream, a toast, and a coke 25 euros!!!! Terrible service, rude staff, forgettable prices... I had to get up to get the packaged ice cream, and then pay 2 euros each for a cover charge (there were 4 of us), plus an additional euro as the toast was brought to the table. They can close for me!!!!
21/08/2024: Good cappuccino, good croissant. High price.
We were undecided where to sit because table service requires a fee and we wanted to avoid it. The waitress, a bit snooty and annoyed at first, tells us that table service is not mandatory. But there were no other places.

22/08/2024: I liked everything. An unremarkable cafe in the center near Due Torre, but colorful. And inside is divine beauty.
The food is delicious, the service is fast. Thank you
30/07/2024: Waitress was very rude, also had to ask 4 times for the bill despite being in a rush. Food was average, some of our party had to leave half.

14/05/2024: Io sono solito passare da Charme x prendere in primissima mattinata un caffè di ottima qualità x poi recarmi sul posto di lavoro. Saltuariamente passo nel tardo pomeriggio a gustarmi un buon frizzantino accompagnato da prelibati salatini. Personale gentile, educato e lesto nell'adempimento dei propri carichi di lavoro. 08/04/2024: Acquisto di una torta Sant Honoré per un compleanno. Il commesso non era in grado di darmi informazioni sulla torta che alla fine si è rivelata mangiangiabile ma certo buona. La torta aveva qualche giorno non era fresca. La Sant' Honoré è un'altra cosa.

Una normale brioche a forma di roll , il roll deve avere una croccantezza che lo distingue dalle altre paste con pasta sfoglia
