01/05/2025: 0 star place, too bad the minimum to give is 1. Rude employees and price quality too exaggerated for desserts that cannot be called such.

30/04/2025: I wanted a dessert after a pizza with my girlfriend and we entered this renowned place. We order two desserts (we are told to use the QR menu) and we order a profiteroles and an Oreo parfait. After 30 minutes of waiting for two desserts which in theory should already be ready as they were cold (honestly we were about to leave) I point out to the waiter the long wait and he barely mentions anything vaguely resembling an apology. Decent profiteroles, a semifreddo that is practically frozen and tastes only of cream. In all this, the waitress who took our order clearly couldn't wait to get off her shift (so surely that's why she didn't serve us and we waited half an hour) and all the staff saw that we were without courses but pretended nothing had happened, laughing and joking. Bathrooms in pitiful conditions to say the least, I understand that after a day of use it may no longer be very clean, but there we are beyond the limit of decency, let's say that the staff could at least give a "tidy up" from time to time, just to prevent those who enter from being overcome by vomiting. The icing on the cake, when we were about to leave, we said goodbye and NONE of the staff (who clearly saw and heard us) even waved. Honestly, for me, respect for the customer comes first, including the quality of the products. So, never again.
