02/07/2025: Very rude and unfriendly sales assistant. She only speaks dialect and is annoyed by taking orders, she constantly huffs and puffs. When you ask them to make a cake they get annoyed by decorating it. It looks like a flat tile. I have ordered many birthday cakes and I have always made a bad impression. Every time I keep telling them but they turn a deaf ear. A disgrace. The cakes and sweets depicted on the website and on social media are just edited images. Nothing truthful. The gentleman approached the cashier and apologized for what happened after yet another very ugly cake, saying he would call the pastry chef back. Cream that smells like rotten eggs.

We order two cannoli with ricotta, immediately after the first taste we notice the acidic taste! We send them back and try to give a second chance by taking a profiterole but even this one disappoints our expectations, old hard dry and without flavor. The only good thing was the tiramisu. I'm sorry.
18/05/2025: Ci siamo seduti nel carinissimo spazio esterno, vista mare impagabile, la cameriera gentilissima ed efficiente prende subito l'ordine e poco dopo siamo serviti. Prodotti indubbiamente buoni, ma i prezzi? Davvero osceni! Non tanto il caffè, ma succo di frutta, brioche rigorosamente vuota e cornetto con simil Nutella (sottolineo simil, non era assolutamente Nutella) hanno costi indecenti, verificabili dallo scontrino che allego.

18/11/2024: Ho mangiato recentemente la pizza a pranzo con un gruppo di persone in occasione di una manifestazione e l'ho trovata ottima per impasto e gusto. Personale gentilissimo.
20/08/2024: Esperienza da raccontare. Il bagno dei disabili chiuso con lucchetto e la proprietaria che usa questo bagno come personale. Alla richiesta di accesso(per ovvi motivi non chiedo del bagno disabili se non c'è la disabilita), mi viene fatto l'interrogatorio dalla proprietaria sulla mia disabilità. Allucinante, sono scappato a gambe levate!!!!!!!!
