01/04/2024: Very bad experience. Incompetent staff. Once we sat at the table to order, we asked the waitress if she could tell us the ice cream flavors and she simply told us to get up to see them at the counter. Once we arrived at the counter, the names of the flavors were not indicated and we had to ask the bartender for them...Small portions!!!
We also had to change tables to no avail. Bathrooms in terrible condition.
Once we got to the cashier to pay we were asked what we had ordered and if we were sitting at the table, we replied yes but they didn't believe us and they continued to insistently ask us for the number of the non-existent table... and we had to show them the place where we were sitting.
26/03/2024: 10/10 service thanks to Giovanna who treated us like princes and princesses. Thanks also to Aurelio who, even though I dropped a cocktail, changed it immediately!!

07/04/2024: Excellent spaghetti at reasonable prices. The spaghetti, mussels and clams are very good. Well done and light frying. The place could use some freshening up. Price: 3 first courses, one fry, water total €55.

From my experience I would like to point out that we ordered a ginseng and a barley coffee with some sweets that we chose from the well-assorted display case of mignon and finely decorated cakes...
In one of these sweets, there was a small piece of unidentifiable fruit hidden, I couldn't understand if it was peach or apricot, and when I asked for clarification they were dubious in answering... The indication of the ingredients or at least the "hidden" fillings, according to in my ignorant opinion, it would be necessary in order to avoid queues in front of the windows when ordering desserts of which, half the time, is spent knowing "what's inside?".... Small precautions for happy customers😉🙏 🏼
02/02/2024: Cappuccino tiepido, caffè buono, treccina con le noci di qualità scadente, servizio non professionale, chiedo un'acqua gassata mi portano quella liscia, dopo averlo specificato, cameriere cordiale e gentile, prezzo elevato per la qualità, 2 treccine, 1 caffè e un cappuccino 6,40 euro. Locale bello, spazioso e ordinato.

24/03/2024: I often go to the Catanzaro branch, comparing the two stores. Soverato lacks service, mostly in customer reception. not to mention the bill which seems excessive to me for 1 empty croissant and an orange juice €5.80.
09/02/2024: Gelato pessimo , palesemente vecchie e surgelato con pezzi di ghiaccio dentro , acido, riferito al personale che oltre a non scusarsi ha incassato 8€ dicendo che non era possibile , risultato tutta la sera a stare male , pessimi!!!

25/02/2024: The cook - or chef - is very good at preparing typical and simple dishes, with the taste and aroma of home, too bad they are not open late in the afternoon; like all local exercises, going home to rest and .angle precedes true deserved success.
The door is difficult to understand and the use, the environment is theater and encourages you to grab your food and clear away: what saves the skill of the lady behind the counter and the waiter who also in view of the customers who join right at the entrance and makes the visit less pleasant.
