12/10/2025: Ordered a tomato, cheese and prosciutto panini. It was so dry and the tomato was old. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.
10/09/2025: I had a sandwich, and the bread was industrial. Given the location, I would have expected something made with artisanal bread. The service was slow.

16/11/2025: A place with a beautiful view, unfortunately the place is surrounded by flies. Long pasta dishes served with a priest's dish that is absolutely not suitable for the type of pasta. Excessive prices for the quality served. In short, absolutely not to be missed. The only good thing was the wine, but why don't they produce it?

21/10/2025: Gelato with a sea view. Excellent, made with high-quality ingredients. The Maratea harbor, overlooked by the statue of Christ, provides the backdrop. Also recommended for celiacs. Friendly staff.

31/08/2025: I've been there several times, but each time the lady hasn't been very friendly, rather grumpy. The price list at the entrance isn't up to date, so you have to add a minimum of €1 to each pizza—surprise!
I'll give the girls at the cash register 5 stars.
18/08/2025: A wonderful discovery! Rich, tasty, and piping hot takeout pizzas. The Gorgo & Pere pizza is superb! The girls are incredibly kind and take great care in the quality of the food and delivery (they do everything they can to deliver the pizza hot, even to those who are late).
We'll definitely be back.

03/05/2025: Ho scoperto questo locale nel 2023 grazie al prezioso passaparola di una mia alunna che lavorandoci mi invitava caldamente ad andarla a trovare.
Da allora sono tornata ben cinque volte e non sono mai stata delusa.
Lanterna rossa si trova nel suggestivo porto di Maratea e gode di una meravigliosa terrazza sul molo.
Le cucina dello chef Dario Amaro è un mare che non ti aspetti, sapiente connubio di tradizione e innovazione, di ricerca attenta e scelta di prodotti del territorio di altissima qualità.
Il suo menu accontenta tutti: dai meno temerari con i suoi classici, a chi invece ha voglia di lasciarsi stupire con preparazioni e accostamenti più audaci.
La carta dei vini è tanto ricca e varia quanto la professionalità della sommelière Nausicaa Stoppelli che saprà consigliarvi al meglio.
Un plauso va quindi a tutto lo staff di cucina e di sala che con attenzione, cordialità e competenza sa trasformare un pranzo o una cena in un momento di relax e di puro godimento dei sensi.
