03/08/2024: Always a pleasure to spend some days in this hotel. We can say with certainty that family management is an added value. Basic, small hotel, no pool or entertainment, but it has everything you need. Clean rooms, equipped with every comfort, although in my opinion the capacity of the wardrobes should be increased. The family staff is available and never intrusive, always ready to find a solution for every problem. The large veranda terrace on the third floor is certainly the jewel in the crown of the hotel, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, accompanied by a small sea view (the hotel is located on a parallel street). The cuisine is indescribable, almost touching. Simple but tasty dishes, with a great choice on the menu, also giving space to those who don't eat meat or fish. All done to perfection, genuine and healthy, sometimes even light in options, but without sacrificing taste. Noteworthy side dishes and desserts. The guys in the room are always available for any particular need, especially for requests concerning children. The temperature of the air conditioning on the terrace should be reviewed, in my opinion too strong in a seaside place where there is a big difference between outside and inside. In conclusion, I recommend this little gem for anyone wishing to spend a few days in Giulianova.

29/07/2024: Everything perfect, spotless rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent proximity to the sea and beach service. The only suggestion I would like to give is to include a trolley of vegetables and salads at meals; in the summer they would certainly be welcome. However we will definitely return

27/08/2024: We were there on a busy evening. We hadn't booked but the very kind owner accommodated us as best he could. They delighted us with cured meats, cheeses and crescia. Highly recommended

01/09/2024: Location of an ancient building in the historic center which overlooks the hills and mountains. Beautiful rooms, with a view, nice welcome. Low prices in relation to the quality of the hotel.

25/08/2024: Having lunch on mid-August has become an impossible mission for me for years. Places taken by storm, services equal to 0, costs not comparable to the quality. Friends decided to return to Civitella trusting in the lower attendance and book in the place that could provide service and quality. No expectations were disappointed... on the contrary... it strengthened my thoughts on Zunica1880. The restaurant's Civitelle dishes, despite the pleasant additions, were perfect. I can't help but keep thinking about the timbale AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN due to the complexity of the preparation and the result of a lightness equal to a BREATH. And in opposition to those who believe that heat should go hand in hand with sloppiness, fresh but cold foods, fish and lime, I say Scrippelle... peppers... spinach... moist meat and COMPOSENCE. Thank you for yet another punctual and polite experience and... congratulations to Monsù Frederik who orchestrated everything well in the shadows (no doubt on my part he has the ability to be a master of cooking with a renewed ancient mind 🙏🙏🙏) Coming back more frequently is my self-imposed obligation. 11/08/2024: Very spartan environment, certainly not for a romantic dinner, but for a good, homemade feast. Super recommended if you went to the Gran Sasso and then you are hungry.

20/08/2024: The only place to eat real certified and expertly cooked "fish" from the Mediterranean Sea in Silvi and surrounding areas. We took takeaway dinners at the Alusea twice and it confirmed its excellence in terms of quality of raw materials and cuisine. Starting from the cold appetizers of which the tuna belly with caramelized onions, the Catalan salad, salad of cuttlefish, red mullet with beetroot and octopus salad with their vegetable giardiniera, scampi with passion fruit. Plateu of excellent and high quality raw meats. Hot appetizers with roasted cuttlefish and courgette and sea bass rolls. I didn't find a flaw in any dish but each dish and accompaniment was a riot of delicate flavours. We took a baked red snapper with their vegetables which turned out to be one of the best fish we have ever eaten. Fried squid and prawns of a devas lightness Definitely the only noteworthy and quality place in Silvi. The price is not high but it is absolutely in line with the quality and the offer offered. Anyone who complains can be satisfied with the frozen fried food served in the beaches! Congratulations to the owner and his daughter Anna! Reference point from now on in Silvi

01/09/2024: Excellent experience. I stayed for a business trip and there were 8 of us, the staff were really friendly and helpful but above all very honest. Matilde was fantastic. The kitchen is very good, the rooms are perfectly clean and functional and have a large outdoor space with a view. I recommend this place, kindness and professionalism guaranteed!

02/08/2024: Splendor in name and in fact! Found this bistro by chance in the sanctuary car park, we stopped for dinner and it was a wonderful surprise. Friendly, welcoming, professional and attentive owner and staff. If you want to eat the true tradition of Abruzzo cuisine, there is no better place. Excellent and delicious food. Arrosticini, Ascoli olives (the real ones) and so on and so forth. Exceptional quality/price ratio.

Gentilezza e qualita’ assoluta , livello alto di tutti gli antipasti crudi e caldi … Scampi alla arrabbiata da urlo San pietro con patate ottimo ……. 29/06/2024: Dopo anni sono tornata per il mio anniversario di matrimonio e devo dire che questo ristorante rappresenta una garanzia di freschezza, bontà,gentilezza, professionalità e soprattutto qualità eccellente del pesce. Abbiamo mangiato La selezione vecchia Marina. Che dire? Eccellente è dir poco! La vera cucina marinara abruzzese!!! Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Un porto sicuro? Decisamente si.

18/08/2024: So the quality of the food is good. I gave the service 1 because you can't wait 30 minutes between the cold and hot starter. They brought us drinks after we had been seated for 15 minutes and despite the reservation (first shift) we had to wait to have a small table for 4 people but the waiters they are all very kind. The very chaotic environment and the fact that it was Saturday doesn't mean anything, it cannot and should not be a justification for something that I couldn't really digest was seeing two dogs normally sitting on a chair at the table. I don't think we will return.

18/08/2024: I'm from Giulianova and every time I return to Giulianova it's a must to stop by here. Extraordinary dishes, it's like being at home with the scents and flavors of your grandmother.

25/07/2024: Esperienza pessima, con questo locale. S'era contattato telefonicamente per prenotare. Dopo ch'era stata confermata la loro disponibilità, nel momento in cui s'è precisato che sarebbe stato per una Persona soltanto, è stata ritirata la possibilità d'un tavolo, per la cena!!!! A quel punto, contenta di non essere andata! Perché chi procede con la logica del "maggior guadagno", può farlo, in tutto!... Preferisco, i locali che rispettano l'Essere umano, solo o in compagnia!... Non aggiungo, altro!...
