They're stratospheric works of art, crunchy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside. A cream so good it almost moves you to tears. And the Maritozzi? They'll put any other maritozzo you've ever encountered to shame. Soft, generous with cream, simply perfect. But the experience at La Bresciana is like a little theater show, with a breathtaking finale: the coffee. Now that's "just for a standing ovation," as you say! Strong, full-bodied, the perfect ending to a mouth-watering dessert. It's the detail that makes you feel pampered until the last sip. And then there's him, the young man (or the team, but you noticed one guy in particular). That unique attention, that ever-ready smile, that feeling of "always being there to give you the good news," as you write. That genuine kindness and passion in serving makes a huge difference. It conveys the love for this historic place and its products. In short? 04/10/2025: Coming from Bologna, we were recommended this place for a drink and a bite to eat. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are very friendly, especially Silvia, who is super nice and helpful.

28/09/2025: Visaggio is always a guarantee. Good food, a welcoming atmosphere both inside and out, nice people, and a selection of excellent wines and tapas. I recommend the trio of toasted sandwiches and the pinsas.

16/11/2025: My new review 2025: Unfortunately, the restaurant has apparently changed management and no longer has the quality it once had. The quality is substandard; the pasta is raw, the appetizers are a bit lame, the seafood salad is monotonous. Then came the chaos: dishes were brought chaotically, there were three of us, and one person was almost finished while another was about to start. The entire appetizer was brought the wrong way round, in other words, you had to call the staff every time to be served. Total chaos, and the quality is very questionable. You have a long way to go to catch up. My review from a few years ago: For many years, we've been eating regularly at La Rete as a family. Always a wonderful experience: excellent quality, guaranteed fresh fish, a warm welcome. In short, if you want to be sure of good seafood in the heart of Pescara, go to La Rete!

21/09/2025: A fabulous little Irish pub tucked away in a small village in Abruzzo. Welcoming location with many charming touches. Excellent drinks, delicious sandwiches, fried foods, and appetizers (and affordable!). Smiling and friendly waiters and bartenders. Thanks for a lovely evening ❤️

11/10/2025: I usually write positive comments...but in this case, I need to use the worst words to describe breakfast with friends at this place! The blonde waitress...out of all grace!!!!! She was incredibly rude and really made me look bad in front of my guests, including two foreigners. I will never organize business meetings at this place again. And please...fire the blonde.

21/09/2025: Family lunch. From the fish appetizers to the meat entrees, everything was fantastic. From the outside, it might look like just a bar, but it's one of the best restaurants in Pescara/Montesilvano.

02/11/2025: For dinner with friends in October, we ordered fries. They were terrible, they tasted of rancid oil, inedible. When we reported that they hadn't changed them, we left them, and then they charged us for them! Focaccia was forgotten, and the wine was awful. The service was minimal, and the service left much to be desired! Very disappointed. We won't be returning to this place.

31/10/2025: Do you know why you deserve 5 stars? Because attention is and always will be the first thing, I arrived with my husband at 1.45pm they immediately found me a table and I had a great time beyond the fact that it was my birthday you were top.... Congratulations I can't wait to come back
