21/05/2025: Terrible spa structure, it doesn't work, unwelcoming staff and rude to the customer especially in the afternoon
27/04/2025: we stayed only one night, a hotel a stone's throw from Taormina on the seafront with a sea view, a hotel with enormous potential if it were given into the hands of managers....it has everything, a swimming pool, a nice spa.....but I perceive that it is family-run, and a hotel with more than 100 rooms cannot
