21/11/2024: More than positive experiences. Excellent food quality, excellent service, pleasant location and reasonable prices, especially in relation to the quality. I confirm this having been there several times, definitely recommended.

01/11/2024: A great discovery when visiting the Puglia region. This restaurant nestled in a small village offered us a menu with extremely well prepared local products. The wine from the regions of Italy are excellent, especially a Sauvignon blanc. The service is perfect and friendly. We feel that they love what they do. There were 6 of us and we went there twice during our stay. Around €35/person with starter/main course/dessert and wine. And a nice appetizer and sweet treats to finish. I recommend 1000 times.

15/11/2024: I have been to this restaurant a year later and I must confirm everything I said previously. Some family members joined me and I took them to this "treasure", making them taste not only the spaghetti with cacio e pepe, but also the breaded porcini mushrooms and the famous rib... a very good piece of meat cooked to "perfection". It is useless to add the quality of the service and their availability to our requests. For me I classify it as an "essential" stop for those coming to Salento for a gastronomic visit. Fernando, I'm from Bari which is not around the corner, I will try to convince my wife to stay in your "castle".

24/11/2024: Arte&cucina sushir è un locale bellissimo, attento a tutti i particolari. Cibo fresco, piatti unici e saporiti e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio a tutti.

05/12/2024: We went for a late dinner. Pizza and carbonara were delicious. The gentleman who served us was very nice. (Your name was Pedro or Berto?) He was great. I highly recommend this place. We will be happy to come back ;)

21/10/2024: Till now the best I had in Puglia. Genuine cuisine, they have passion and love what they doing. The food is good, the place in pretty small and the service is Italian style, a bit slow and not attentive, but the food is great . The Orata in Crosta di pistacchio was great the risotto sublime. Please don't do like us book a table in advance. Enjoy
