01/10/2025: I needed to cancel one night, and even though I was late, the hotel management took charge of my request and handled it effectively, allowing me to make the change without any penalty.

14/10/2025: Luxurious, very welcoming, well-furnished, and nestled in Borgo Lanciano. Excellent local dishes. A little pricey, but that's understandable given the setting.
28/05/2025: It only gives two stars because the surrounding setting is very beautiful and inviting. The food was disappointing for us. It had absolutely nothing to do with fine Italian cuisine. It was tasteless and poorly presented. Furthermore, the menu was only available in Italian and not in English (this would be perfectly fine if this were a small local restaurant, but this restaurant is part of a hotel with international guests). We would not recommend the restaurant and would not visit again.
