Hotel on the sea with a view of Conero, kind and helpful receptionists, top wellness area, I had a massage with Laura, beautiful restaurant with very accurate and attentive service, excellent value for money

Sea view room, one hundred meters from the seafront. Equipped with every comfort and very clean. Excellent breakfast, generous, both sweet and savory, and always with a sea view. Very friendly and attentive staff. Dinner was also excellent.

Matteo at the front desk gave us an exceptional welcome, which already deserves five stars. The property is beautiful and comfortable, with an adequate breakfast. The only drawbacks are its proximity to the train station and an abandoned concrete structure overlooking the building! It's aesthetically very unattractive.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days. We chose the annex for a more peaceful stay. The annex rooms are on the ground floor of a large building attached to the hotel. Luckily, it was April and the summer guests weren't there. The breakfast was excellent. I'm lactose intolerant and found many of their products to be dairy-free. The room was clean and modernly furnished, a bit impersonal for me. However, it had some features that weren't worthy of a 4-star hotel. I think the cleaning lady does a good job; the problem is the poor quality materials.
